The Osprey post office, located in the Sarasota area, is known for its quiet environment, less traffic, and shorter wait times. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, and the workers change over a year. Employees are thoughtful, efficient, and very nice to all customers. Many people prefer this location for its quick service, but it closes a bit earlier than other offices.

I’ve used this location over the years for both PO Box and other needs and am very happy with their services. Good staff, good customer service, clean facility and trustworthy.

There’s never a line here which makes the attendant less agitated and stressed this being more friendly. The people here are great and I wish every post office was this pleasant! Love the new/old neighborhood!!
