    Alot of people on different levels. You get out, what you put into it!! But they do have staff on hand to help you develop a routine.

    Great for the convenience of going any time, but lacks many amenities found in gyms like Esporta. Also, make absolutely sure you don't accidently let someone in behind you when you enter, or you could be banned for a month or more...
