“My daughter lives in Tampa and went to the location on Hillsborough for help with her battery that she bought there and they were not helpful at all and actually told her the battery they sold her was bad. She had to drive over this way so we went to the Leesburg location off a recommendation from Dave a store employee. Hector was beyond amazing! He tested the battery and it was not bad it was the terminal that was loose. He went above and beyond to help us, fix the problem, spent time making sure we understood everything and showed us exactly what was wrong. Customer service at its finest from Hector! Will definitely be a customer there from now on because of him. Thank you Hector for everything!!!”
“I cannot express my gratitude enough for Hector’s amazing heroics tonight! Debris fell off a truck in front of me and swerving to avoid it in the road I hit a curb going 45 miles an hour! My tire was shredded. I managed to pull into the O’Reilly’s parking lot and Hector came right out and changed my tire to the spare. He was amazingly friendly and refused any money for it.
