Mariam was the best customer service that Cricket can have, knowledge is outstanding and very good attitude and help you all the way on all subjects and her coworkers are also the best, this team is awesome, I recommend anyone to come and do business with them. Went in to upgrade my phone. Overall the employees were fine other than charging me for a case, screen protector and protection plan WITHOUT ASKING! She rang up a $50 case, didn’t say a word so I assumed it was some kind of deal when you bought the phone but as soon as we got to the car and checked our receipt there were two charges we were not made aware of. 1 being the case and 2 being the protection plan. I didn’t want to make a scene so we will manage the extra charges but be aware next time you go upgrade!

My SIM card was malfunctioning, so we went into the store and Monica and the other staff helped me out, they were very friendly and fast! The entire experience was very pleasant. I'll stick with Cricket for the good customer service!

My experience with Cricket was very underwhelming and basically deceptive. First while in store I paid for my purchase, that’s fine. But then I realize she (the shady sales rep) added a case, and tempered screen protector to my order and never even asked or told me she added this to my order. I asked her how much it was she said $30 bc it’s a package deal. I said I don’t want it I’ll order online asked for a refund. The refund was $48. So she charged me full price and lied about the cost by almost $20 while trying to persuade me to keep the items. Then I’m told I’m on a $60 plan. I go online today to discover my plan is $71 bc protection was added. Again without my permission. I was never asked if I want protection. I don’t like these sales tactics. I like my phone and service is cool but the sales process was shady, deceptive, and strait dishonest.

Wife wanted to upgrade to a new phone. Salesperson said we don't have the phone you want in stock and we can't order it. Corporate sends us the phones and that's what we sell. Went to another Cricket and salesperson said I will order your phone and when it comes in I will call you
