I had a not so pleasant encounter with the reception/staff in Tavares and was relieved to come to Leesburg and have a very helpful receptionist that actually seemed like she CARED. I’ll gladly make the extra 20 minute drive for the service.

The phlebotomists are great, but the lady at the front desk is loud and indiscreet. I've also been informed that it is "LabCorp's choice not to accept Care Credit," the main purpose of which is to pay for medical expenses.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I did a blood test and a urine creatinine clearance test and I was notified today by the front desk lady that my test was lost that they don’t find it. They simply told me “sorry there is nothing we could do”. Unprofessional at its highest level. Totally, unethical. If you care about your health do not go to this location.

The guy taking a hair sample cut 2 clumps, not next to scalp. So had to redo. The moron then cut big round sample from near the crown. So I have a big round bald spot showing . I can only assume it's because he is bald and jealous of my hair. I'm gad I did not notice it till got home . He did not separate and take a thin line..in the back. As suppose too, just cut a big round clump. In area that will see it . Makes me sick that moron touched me. Find another lab this one sucks.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life, came in for a preemployment drug screening, checked myself in (as no one was in the lobby to help), sat down for maybe 3 minutes and then a woman comes barreling down the hallway yelling at me to leave because they “are no longer taking preemployment drug screens before lunch” mind you I was there at 11:30, their lunch hours according to the sign they have on their front door is a 12:30 lunch. Extremely rude, screamed at me for no reason, I was so upset I couldn’t even say anything I just walked out. Never, NEVER go here.

Went there today I waited tops a hour with just walking in. The receptionist at the front desk had great customer service, and the staff did an amazing job. The mid-aged lady who did my urinalysis test was awesome. She knows what she's doing, she's fast , and very professional. Great job team even when you're short handed. Keep up the great work.

The people were lovely, I felt at home in addition to being bilingual, I had told them about the comments on Google and they got scared and explained everything about the other girls who were causing problems as of today 09/25/2023 I would give them 10 stars .

This by by far the most efficient labcorp or any bloodwork place I have ever been to! Scan for checkin they verify your payment and take you back immediately. That gal in the back did an absolutely fantastic job with the bloodwork, I hate needles but didn't even feel it! This location is further for me but is way better than the brownwood location. I highly recommend!

Called three days in a row at different times. They don’t pick up calls or return them.Any questions or concerns you have about your blood work you need to go in person since no one picks up ever. Guarantee you no matter what time we call no one will pick up

I was just there & the lady at the desk is EXTREMELY RUDE & non professional! She had an attitude & when I asked her if they had records of my daughters insurance she said “ nope “ in a very rude way … they need to get rid of her asap
