The worst place ever ! Made an appointment for my dogs and they called me literally on the same day ! To tell me they couldn’t attend them ! Messed my whole day up and didn’t get anything done. My dogs are hyper and aggressive yes but they could have told me this before the day of appointment not on the day of. Worst grooming service and place.

I want to say what a pleasure it was working with ALYSSA the dog trainer at PetSmart. She does amazing work with your pups. She taught us so much. Big props to her for stretching the length of the course to ensure that we covered all the material. Highly recommend Alyssa.

I come here for the dog training and cat/dog grooming. Alyssa the dog trainer is fantastic and i would recommend her for all your basic-advanced training needs. Our dog Sisko has been coming for training since I brought him home. He will,do advanced training soon.
Tabitha, the cat groomer, is only available on certain days of the week, which is 100% ok in my book cause theres probably not a lot of people needing their cat groomed. Our cat, Songg, is taken care of and treated with respect. Tabitha goes slow and doesnt push limits with her. She is helping Songg build tolerance towards water bath and we are also working with her at home. We get bath and brushes.
Unfortunately, i can only recommend bath and brushes for the dog grooming side of things. Snickers, Our poodle mix, has had haircuts messed up on more than one occasion. I'm not sure whether it was an inexperienced groomer or something else. We now only use the bath and brush for Sisko and for Snickers when I don't want to do it myself. They seem to be treated with great care. Just be aware that for bath and brush, it may say that they do Sanitary trims, but they do not.
The store is not as big as other petsmarts, which is not bad. However, they do seem to be understaffed a lot but in recent visits I think it has improved and they hired people.
The staff are very nice and I love interacting with them when I come in. They always ask how my pets are (especially Sisko) and if I habe any with me, they always give them attention.

They have an employee that likes to lie on people and have the cops called and a lot of drama started for no reason at all, I would avoid this shop at all cost as the staff is extremely toxic and hostile for no reason, I would take my needs elsware

Don't go to the groomers at PetSmart at Lake Square Mall, unless you want your pet to have PTSD.

I took my dog there 3 times and will NOT go back. The first time, I expected my mid-sized Lab mix to be anxious, so I thought nothing of it. The second time, they called me back within the hour to come get her because she would not let them cut her nails and was overly anxious. There was no charge at that time, but they suggested I bring her when it wasn't busy so that she wouldn't get so anxious. Advice taken. I made her third appointment on a day they said would not be busy and indeed there were only two other dogs there upon arrival. Two hours later, I picked her up and was told that she would not let them cut her nails but that she got her bath. My family and I noticed that she did NOT SMELL CLEAN. Making me suspicious if they even gave her a bath at all. They charged me full price and I left the groomer a tip, but my poor dog left there anxious and she pulled on the leash so hard, I fell to the ground right in front of the sliding doors, scraping my knees and causing some bruising on an arm, where I fell. My dog could not get to the car fast enough. That's the last time they will ever see my fur baby again! "Keep the change you filthy animal!"

Terrible, Terrible service! I took my 6 year old, 10 lb, Havanese mix to the groomer. Dropped him off at 11:30 for his appointment and got a call at 3pm not saying he was ready but that they were unable to groom him. The groomer (Allen) informed me that my pet was moving around to much and jumping. Not being aggressive but just moving. My dog has been groomed here for the past year and he has NEVER had an issue before. He is a very calm dog. When I checked him in at 11:30 there were at least 5 others in line with the same appointment time. So I am assuming they were busy. But if you cannot take the time that is needed with each dog why are you in this field? I am very disappointed to say the least and would rather drive the 30 minutes to the villages PetSmart than to ever trust my pet in the hands of these so-called groomers. On top of this they charged me 38 dollars for “just the bath” instead of the 51 dollars it would have been for bath and full groomer. This is pure comedy!
