“My experience over the last twelve months with CubeSmart has been very favorable. I had a large 15x20 unit with a competing storage facility and a similar sized unit with CubeSmart. I got tired of seeing automatic rate increases at the other place. CubeSmart sets prices according to their occupancy rates. When they have a lot of units the rental rates actually decrease. The competition just keeps gouging me with rent increases. They figure I’ll just pay because I’m too lazy to move.”

“This is a great place! For some reason a couple people complain about the no refund policy. Solution... Then don't pay months in advance. They don't care either way it's up to you and the No Refund policy is undeniably clear and reasonable. They also go over it verbally with you so there is no confusion. Mr. Baker and Kim are always super nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend this facility. I have had multiple units for more than 3 years now. VERY Happy!!”
