We went here just to inquire about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile due to poor signal where we live. Adrian was top notch along with Will the manager went above and beyond to to accommodate us. Will be back in the future since now we are T-Mobile customers now.

Alex the store manager and his assistant, Adrian, at the Leesburg, FL store in the Lake Square Mall were tremendous. It took awhile to download all of my info onto the new phone but they were patient and explained the process every step of the way.
