Very good bank! I had some issues with the mobile app not showing my checking account and the branch manager, Ryan, was to help me figure it out! Everybody here is extremely polite and very outgoing. I really like this bank! Ryan Pennels is so easy to work with and very helpful! Brittney and Jahiara are super helpful. Everyone treats us like family at the Lake Square branch of Trustco Bank!

Ryan Pennels has been absolutely wonderful. He is very in tune with my issues and has helped me with the problems I was having at a different bank. That bank was totally being difficult. Every time I come in he is so pleasant and helpful. And very direct in explaining. All employees of this branch are great!
