Very rude , no stars I would take stars away ,act like they want to help, but will take the next person in line and tell you someone would be there to help you, 3 hours there and still did not get my phone working, manager Not helpful at all!!

I had previously had a bad experience with local Verizon stores so I called ahead to test the waters...polite & friendly...hmm shocking. So my wife and I went to speak with John after her doctors appointment. Again everyone appeared polite and professional when we entered the store....again shocked. John was pleasant and professional - he took care of us...bottom line very good experience, and I found out the local stores are under new management-It shows! Thanks for showing me that customer service is still important to businesses.
