Always a line because there’s only one teller. The manager stands and watches the teller do all the work while all the manager does is greet people. I don’t understand why the manager doesn’t step up when there is a wait. Looks like poor management to me!

The branch at fruitland park, fl provides special attention to the customers. The staff, mainly the manager, makes me feel like family. Despite of strict procedures, everyone is very friendly and treat me with respect. THANK YOU!!!
