Consistently short-staffed and the ATM is always down. I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru just to pull out cash because they can’t keep the ATM stocked and running. I never had these issues at the other Leesburg location that closed. Clearly corporate chose to close the wrong one.

What an absolute disaster of a financial institution. One banker working with a line out the door and a crowd of homeless people gathered by the door panhandling and the manager will not do anything about it. Now I have to take time out of my day to move all of my money to a local bank and close my accounts with Wells Fargo.

Worst run bank I have ever been in, one person behind the counter and at times 7 in line, manager needs replacing ASAP multiple people gave up and walked out, no customer service at all, changing bank.
