“Bought RAIN-X windshield wipers. Store employee was very helpful. There was no book on premises to look up wipers for vehicle, but she looked up in the computer for proper size. The product direction picture was poor for hook type wiper arms. Diagrams lacked a detailed or exploded view. No user friendly.”
“10/10. My insurance company (Geico) sent a tow truck via Expert Auto Body to my house to pick up my car and drop it off at a repair shop of my choosing. My tow truck driver named Junior arrived before the estimated arrival time, which I was happy about. Junior knew exactly what to do, got my car loaded up fast and delivered it to the shop I chose. After the delivery, Junior sent me pictures of my car off the tow truck and in the parking lot of the shop. This gave me some piece of mind as my car was delivered safely. While he was loading my car onto his truck, Junior spoke to me and helped me get my mind off of my damaged car. He was very personable. I would definitely use expert auto body in the future and I recommend you do too!”

“I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. They originally said no they wouldn't take it. Then that's awesome dude was like what exactly is your problem? I explained I had a tire and I had a rim already off the car I just needed it mounted. Guy went out of his way and so did the mechanic that did the job when they didn't have to. Awesome guys!”
