“Bought RAIN-X windshield wipers. Store employee was very helpful. There was no book on premises to look up wipers for vehicle, but she looked up in the computer for proper size. The product direction picture was poor for hook type wiper arms. Diagrams lacked a detailed or exploded view. No user friendly.”

“I had the right adapter for my trailer Hitch in my hand. I just wanted to go outside to make sure it was the right one, and the guy closed the door on me and wouldn't let me purchase it. Now I gotta be back at 730am. #Petty”
