“Had a nail in my tire…. And called 2 different places and they were not good help at all.
But I had a great experience with Tire Kingdom, and I want to give a special shoutout to Kenny for his outstanding customer service! He answered the phone on the first ring and was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options, and guide me in the right direction.
When you’re dealing with an unexpected tire issue, having someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help makes all the difference. Kenny made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to assist.
Employees like Kenny are a great representation of what customer service should look like. Tire Kingdom, you have a valuable team member on your hands! Thank you, Kenny & Staff, for going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Tire Kingdom to others based on this experience!”
“Great place to get your tires.. large selection tires and great personnel... Saturday's work time needs to be fixed (8:00 am to 12:00 pm) but other than that nothing wrong with it!”

“Great customer service... brought 4 new tires online they mounted/ balanced and installed them. Would definitely return again if I need any more service on any of my vehicles.”
“I visited Bahia Honda Tires for the first time and the staff was very friendly and professional. I bought four tires for an excellent price and they went the extra mile to get me the best deal. They are fast, reliable and professional. I give them a 10 stars. Thank you Bahia Honda for your service.”
“The staff was really helpful and nice and the Mechanic even pointed out a few things that was going on with my car so I can let whoever was doing the repairs adjust or fix it for me.”
“I had an outstanding experience at Tim Dodge Firestone in Lehigh Acres thanks to Sam and the entire team. I brought my wife’s vehicle in for four new tires, balancing, alignment, and new wiper blades to get ready for Florida’s rainy and hurricane season. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
He took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Sam definitely does.
I highly recommend Sam and the team at Tim Dodge Firestone. Thank you for making the process easy and stress-free. You’ve earned a customer for life!”
