United States Postal Service

Post Offices
Hours: The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. This location at 1201 Business Way offers walk-in and by-appointment passport services. Customers have had mixed experiences, with some reporting long lines that move quickly, great customer service, and helpful staff, while others noted the building appeared not well-maintained and the air conditioning was not working properly. Despite these issues, one customer felt fortunate to have a great experience getting their passport, having visited the post office before without any problems. Another customer praised the manager for her efforts to help customers and make the line move faster. Additionally, a reliable and friendly delivery driver was highlighted, and the availability of after-hours drop boxes was noted as very convenient. Overall, the United States Postal Service strives to deliver excellent service, though individual experiences may vary at this particular location.
