Do not come here for a passport!! I took the day off work, showed up at my scheduled time, drove 50 minutes to get there and had a horrible experience all the way through. Had to wait a half hour because the passport member could not be found. Then after it was my turn I went in with all my documents and then was told that if I did not bring a picture of myself with me that I could not get a passport. I prepaid for this online and they are listed as a Post Office that will take the photos. I was told to go to Walgreens and then I asked if we could at least finish the application today if I did and was told no. They stop the process at 3pm and she was gone the last half hour on top of it. The word that is lacking here is accountability!!! At least reach out to people with appointments to tell them to bring a photo of themselves or better yet have a camera or solution for you mishap! Government employees need to be help accountable!

I have no idea why this post office location has such bad reviews, I had a pleasant experience here this morning. I was mailing a package, there was a long line but it moved very quickly. Everyone working here had great customer service with a smile too. Thank you !!

Needed to send off some packages. There was a wait but it went well.
The post office building looked a little not tended to and the ac was either broke or just in a low setting, cuz it was hot. The postal employees had fans on just to get the air circulating.
It's been my experience post office are 50-50 when customer service in question but here it felt like a casual atmosphere and got my task done. My attention focused on the building itself and the employees having to put up with the heat.

My husband bought an apple tv box and one of your best delivered it and left the package outside on the catwalk of his semi truck in the rain. We have them on camera doing it to but I dont want them getting in any kind of trouble so I wont post it

Last month I made an appointment to get my passport. I feel fortunate that my experience was nothing less than great. I arrived early as I always do to any of my appointments. I was taken care of in a timely manner. I have been to the post office before and have never experienced any thing bad.
I also had a post box years ago and I have lived in this area since 1996.

Staff inside isn't very helpful, I had a handful of packages I needed to get scanned and only took up about 15-20 minutes of one of the employees time before he was being openly rude and impatient about the situation. He was sarcastic, and made the air clearly uncomfortable, even gaining looks from his coworkers beside him with the snide comment he made.
I don't understand why they'd hire such rude workers who clearly have no patience and don't want to be there, if you have a problem doing your job you shouldn't be working there.

I wouldn’t usually review a post office but the manager was so helpful. She asked every person in line if she could help them to make the line move faster, and was extremely helpful. She helped me use the machine to make my visit smoother plus it’ll save me time in the future.

I have had the misfortune of visiting the local Post Office on numerous occasions. Regrettably, the level of customer service at this establishment has been the worst I have ever encountered in my life.
The employees seem disinterested and dismissive, often regarding customers with an air of annoyance. The supervisors, in turn, appear to be equally ineffective, if not outright incompetent. It is truly baffling to me that such a substandard operation is permitted to continue functioning.
According to online reviews, this Post Office currently maintains a 2.4-star rating, which I believe to be an overly generous assessment. In fact, if I were to provide my own evaluation, I would be inclined to award a negative 10-star review, as my personal experience has been overwhelmingly negative.
Sadly, I will have to settle for a one-star rating, as there are already numerous negative reviews highlighting the failings of this establishment. It is clear that there is a severe lack of accountability among the staff and supervisors. The United States Postal Service must take immediate action to address these issues and provide the level of service that the public deserves.

My neighbor is constantly getting my mail she’s 5138 but a different street name my address is 5138 for different street name her street is before my so they don’t look at the street name just the number and that’s why he’s getting my mail and that is so wrong I need them to start looking at the street name not just the house number. I want my mail to be delivered to my mailbox.
