Great experience. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely be back!

Pharmacy let me sit in line that they said did not work in the drive up for 10 minutes before they said the lane did not work - they did not have it marked out of order and after 10 minutes hit the intercom button to say this - same old terrible Walgreens customer service

Very disappointed with the service at the Walgreens pharmacy
I went today to pick up my medications prescribed by my gynecologist, and the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and was told that one of the medications wasn’t available. I immediately called my gynecologist and confirmed that the prescription had been sent correctly. I returned at 2:55 p.m. and was helped by someone else, who told me that the medication hadn’t been processed because my insurance didn’t cover it. I said that was fine, I would pay for it out of pocket. Still, they told me to come back in an hour because the medication wasn’t ready.
I went back at 5:35 p.m. (almost three hours later), only to be told the same thing by a different employee: that the insurance didn’t cover it and I’d need to come back in another hour because it still wasn’t ready. I explained that I had already been there three times in one day and that this was unacceptable. In the end, one employee finally tried to help but only gave me part of the medication, claiming they didn’t have the full amount in stock. I was told to come back again on Wednesday to get the rest of the dose.
This experience was a complete waste of my time, energy, and patience. There was no
communication between the staff, no one took responsibility, and I spent the whole afternoon going back and forth without a proper solution. It is unacceptable to have to go four times just to get one medication.
Walgreens seriously needs to improve its organization and customer service in the pharmacy department.

Manny is the greatest employee. Everyone is always so nice at this store but she is awesome. Unlocks items for you, checks people out if there is a line and always very helpful.

Absolutely worst pharmacy on the planet. They have absolutely 0 care about the customer. I've watched just cycle people on hold while standing in line and then just hang up on you. Please avoid this place at all cost. Lehigh pharmacy is right up the street and far better.

I was going to share my experience with the pharmacy, but i see there’s plenty just like mine. These people don’t care about anyone but their own pay check. I understand that but not when you’re working with people’s health. Give accurate times it’s really not hard.

I have never seen a pharmacy that care the least about their customers. They cancelled a prescription that was called in…when you call they just leave you on hold. Incompetent..rude…staff. My grandmother is still unable to get the help she needs. They should be reported to the better business bureau and Medicare for the lack of follow-up and lack of filling actual prescriptions.

Always an hour wait to fill a prescription. Don't sign up to have your prescriptions sent here. There are much better and faster pharmacies in the area

I went to get my blood drawn at this Walgreens location this morning, and the woman working the shift—clearly it was her first time in the workplace. I left that Walgreens feeling dizzy, and I blacked out a total of 4 times continuously. She stabbed me with the WRONG needle. I was supposed to get a butterfly needle because I tend to get very very lightheaded easily—even with the butterfly needle. I asked if I could get the butterfly needle and she ignored it and continued with the regular sized one. This sent me into a state of panic and when it was inserted I was in great pain. I quickly fell into a state of nausea, and faintness. When I walked out of the room into the little lobby area, my boyfriend had to practically carry me to my car and drive me home. I would never wish this on anybody, not even my worst enemy. I was in this state for a solid 30 minutes to an hour. I would give this 0 stars but that unfortunately is not an option.
