Customers notice a busy store that can be understaffed, overworked, exhausted and mentally drained, but the staff often provide decent service and patience. When a prescription is needed at night, the pharmacy can be ready, even after a longer wait, with friendly and super awesome staff who greet customers with a smile. The drive‑thru can fill medication right away, and the staff goes above and beyond to help with packages and purchases. Phenomenal customer service is described as excellent, outstanding and great, and staff are praised for being friendly, helpful and always greeting with a smile. Although stress and stress can be seen, the store gives benefit of the doubt and works to keep availability of medication and speed of service. Customers are encouraged to be patient and thank the staff for their hard.
They have what you need.BUT. if you go there to pick up your prescription be ready to wait a long time. They have the slowest longest wait to get your medications.. why corporate will not hire more people SHOWS inconsideration not only for the customers but also for the employees.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Filling any prescription takes forever. When you call, the staff is rude, impatient, and shows zero empathy. This has happened multiple times with different medications. The staff needs better training in professionalism, communication, and customer service.
