Phenomenal customer service. Nicholas went above and beyond to help us with our package. An outstanding employee who deserves a raise. It's hard to find great customer service like that.

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. They take weeks to fill prescriptions. They give me a partial prescription to a medication. I take every day and it's taken them over 2 weeks to give me the other 25 pills that I already paid for.

Unfortunately, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I only put the one star because the app wouldn't allow me to do anything else without putting a star. When it wasn't that they didn't have the medication, it was something else. The going back and forth from this pharmacy to my son's pediatrician several times, when I was finally able to get a prescription for my son. I paid my co-pay for my son's much needed medicine via their online app. The app was quick to take my money. It gave me a QR code and a pin number, which I showed the techs as confirmation of payment. The app wasn't allowing the techs to see that it had been paid & cleared to disburse the meds on the pharmacy side. I called Corporate and was told that the regional manager would be reaching out to me soon, but I didn't receive a courtesy call at all today from him/her. This Walgreens on Homestead & Leeland Hghts in Lehigh Acres's system needs to be newly replaced or install an updated version. I think it is very unprofessional for them to keep allowing this to go on. I was told that there are a group of people going through the same situation as me with their meds. Why doesn't this pharmacy make customers aware of this issue w/this app and request for customers to pay inside or at the window and not via the app. In conclusion, they wanted me to pay for the medication again even as I provided them with proof of payment. I am overwhelmed and disgusted with this whole situation. Walgreen needs to step it up! Very unhappy and sad customer here. ?Sorry to the staff - You’re overworked and underpaid. The last thing you need is more corporate pressure and responsibility. It appears you’re trying your best with what you have. Thank you, Alvaro, for staying on top of the situation and being so compassionate and the only one to help me. You're awesome!Unfortunately, one star was done only for the post. Zero stars would be more accurate. ?

Horrible pharmacy, unfortunately my insurance only accepts Walgreens, in addition to other bad times at this pharmacy tonight they will pass, I arrived at Walgreens at 12 at night since I was coming from work, several days ago I had to pick up my medications but always I give it a few days to go through because they always have a different problem for the delivery of the medications. When I arrived and asked for my husband's medication, the pharmacist treated me poorly and called another girl who works on the lines to to translate for me and I told him that it was not necessary because I understood that he had very bad shape. Later when I asked him to give me my medications he told me that I had to wait 2 hours because they were not ready and I told him why and he told me That I had to wait, at 12:45 I went back to the counter and I told him that there was no one there other than me that how long would I have to keep waiting and he told me that he had told me that two hours because he was preparing others medicines, that is, the pharmacy was empty, I was alone at that time and he did not give me the medicine until it seemed to him, I told him that everything I told him and he told me was an abuse on his part, even serious. second time I went where he was, it is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen in my life and they also mistreat the customer and no one seems to care and adding that he gave me the medication at 1 in the morning and apparently it was because the girl on the lines spoke with why she saw everything that happened.

I had the worse customer patient experience in the pharmacy here. My son just got post surgery and we moved here. He went to serve his prescription online and he was told to come back in the afternoon to pick up the medication. When we came back I was told they did not have the medication. I asked why he was not told that from the beginning and we would have research in another Walgreens. I got so upset I left and I called Walgreens and I was able to find the antibiotic meds even though I had to drive 1 hr away I was pleased with the service and kindness of the other store. I would like to add you are dealing with people as patients not as customers. You should be more caring. Thank you

Should be 0 stars. Frustrating, corporate needs to do something before they kill someone. They can't seem to get it together at this location. They make the mistakes and then give you bad attitude for there mess up. DO BETTER WALGREENS!!!

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced.I have sat on hold for 20 plus minutes and been run around the store with no answers. I have also been hung up on multiple times.They told me my prescription that I NEED was on back order so I waited a week and called again. They proceeded to place me on hold for another 10 minutes and then hung up on me.I will never use this pharmacy or store location again. I would rather drive 30 minutes than use this place.

I went to the pharmacy drive thru and gave them my scripts. I was offering my insurance card because I wasnt sure if they took my insurance the guy in the window said “he didnt need it”. When I went back to pick up my meds they said they didnt take my insurance and almost forced me to pay out of pocket. I have Medicaid, I shouldnt have to pay anything. I made them give me back my scripts and went to Walmart which not only takes my insurance but was also really fast. This hassle would not have happened if they asked about my insurance to begin with.On top of that, I went to this pharmacy to go pick up my moms meds a couple months back. My mom gave me her ID and insurance card to show. They asked for ID and never for insurance. Before this my mom had changed her insurance so of course they werent gonna have the new one. But why not ask? They just wanna steal peoples money whether they have insurance or not. Do not go here

This place sucks, my insurance company made me come here but I swithing asap. The pharmacy never gets it right, have to call multiple times after being put on hold. And there is always a long line.

Slowest most unprofessional and uncaring pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Have been dealing with them for 2 years now and it just keeps getting worse. Will be taking my business to Publix.

I am only giving a star to make a comment. I don't know if this is the fault of the location or HQ, BUT... when a doctor calls in a script, why do you think it is appropriate to automatically make a a customer wait up to 5 days for it by having your 'central location' in Orlando fill it and send it to the pharmacy; without even telling the customer? Don't you think some meds are needed the same day for a reason?

This pharmacy is unprofessional and staff doesn't know what's going on. After 3 days of waiting for my daughter's prescription, I am told they couldn't fill it because there was no insurance on file. I had given the insurance information 3 days prior. When I express that, I am then told that they are out of that medication and I should go to a different walgreens to have it filled. Even though I called on day 2 and the automated system said the script would be ready for pick up the next day. I asked why I wasn't informed that the medication was unavailable, and the staff answer was "I don't know, I wasn't here that day. How would I know why no one called you." I was just dumbfounded. Their answers and reasons were unacceptable. I will never be taking a prescription to Walgreens to be filled EVER again. What a disappointment and unprofessional way to handle customers.
