“I live a mile from Deerfield Ace Hardware, Deerfield Beach , Florida and have lived here 15 years. They are my go to hardware store. They go out of their way to help. When you arrive you are greeted by 5 or more knowledgeablemen and woman...one fellow fixed a stuck set screw in my door handle yesterday by using a blow torch to remove old glue. Amazing! “I’ve always wanted to go here and support this mom and pop hardware store. Today I was given a reason. No one at the big box store down the street would help me and I decided to give one more place a shot. Just went to look for a rain barrel spout (bulk head spout) and at first didn’t find it where I was directed to but then a really nice sales guy started helping me piece something together and ultimately found me exactly what I was looking for! I couldn’t believe it! I was ready to leave and feel defeated and shop online but the gentleman took time to listen and help me! That’s amazing for this day in age. I forgot a down spout rain collector so I will be back soon! I’ll post pics soon too. Can’t wait to say hello. Leave a like or follow me if this was helpful. “Service used to be perfect! Everyone was always willing to help out, but apparently the staff has changed. Gloria always put a smile on your face, she retired. Sean Is very helpful and kind, the rest of the staff seems bothered to do their job. Very disheartening as I used to love coming to Ace. I am changing my review as I had to bring back 4 fluorescent lights with no receipt. The cashier almost said no. Went and got the manager, he was SUPER helpful and polite like the good ol days when Gloria was there. Thank you to the ones who care!??”

“Hidden gem. Real honest people here who give fair prices and don't blind-side the customer. I dropped off a chainsaw at closing, and the next day they called me at 8-something in the morning to give me a price and asked if I wanted to fix it. I said yes and they told me it would be ready in an hour. There must be hundreds of pieces of equipment in there so I have no idea how they're so efficient. They provided a detailed invoice which the last 2 companies I dealt with did not provide at all, even after asking both of them 4 times for one. The chainsaw is running perfectly, and after inspecting, I saw that they used high quality and name brand parts. The labor and parts costs were extremely reasonable and not overcharged.”

“I went to this facility looking for a special "corner blind' hinge. I had already been to Imeca where I purchased a dubious hinge where they failed to give me all the parts and the screws to the hinge. Then I went to Specialty Hardware. Here, I got a hinge that was very similar however, they weren't sure. Finally, I landed at Hardware Imagination-Tech. Here, Technician Randy was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. He confirmed which hinge could work and gave me the parts and screws needed. Hard to believe that the other places did not include the parts and screws. Randy took the time to show me the difference between the hinges and how each would fit and then said that if I needed help, he would install it for me. Very Helpful.”

“Deborah & the Eso Team worked with us on a 9k sq foot home with 2 kitchens (including a full commercial home kitchen), 9 bathrooms, a complicated master bathroom with multiple vanities, custom cabinets, mirrors, plus a huge tub, sauna, steam, and salt room. Her design sensitivities and listening to what we wanted were excellent - her suggestions always reflected that she was paying attention to our intentions. Her team prepared comprehensive installation binders and was always available to our plumbers and electricians as we did the rough and the final. We had a bunch of swaps and changes along the way, and Deborah was quick to send the new part and swap the old one. She was patient and thoughtful during the design phase, showed great attention to detail as we started to make decisions, and was a true partner during construction and installation. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the work - they're lovely, professional, and have great integrity. Thank you!”
