I decided to start a pressure washing business in Florida and looked for a place for chemicals and equipment repair. I stopped in and spoke with Luc, who was very helpful and patient with his time in explaining everything I previously forgot. He gave me the impression of being a straight shooter and I have since used his services happily.”
“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”

“I love this place! Matching stain or paint samples, and forever keeping a log of samples. Pay once to match a sample, and forever be able to buy that paint and stain color again. You pay simply for the quart or gallon of said product. They have sanding disks per 1 box of 100. They prices are lower than home Depot, or Lowes. Which doesn't do professional matches. Paint samples, are okay, but they don't do stain
samples, which speciality
supplies does. Their stain samples are a quick and deep penetrating stain, you will be extremely happy. I've used old Dads+Jessup's
Their stain will keep if they are stored correctly for 1 year. Their top coats will last , in my opinion for 6 months. I personally don't like to spray clears, satin or semi gloss cutting it with lacquer thinner, yes I know it makes spraying easier, but this top coat requires more coats, as the top coat is thinner. So I don't cut the top coat for the simplicity and adding top coats!”

I’ve visited this Northern Tool location many times, and honestly, the customer service has often been disappointing. But today, I had an experience worth highlighting.
Reynaldo Q., an outstanding professional, completely changed my impression. As I was checking out, he kindly asked, “Would you like me to help you load it? I can meet you around back.” I explained that my truck was parked in front. He didn’t hesitate — he came with me, helped me load the pallet lift into the bed of my truck, even though it wasn’t close or easy.
He wasn’t obligated — but he chose to serve. That speaks volumes about his heart, attitude, and character.
May God bless Reynaldo greatly. Employees like him deserve recognition — people who help not because they have to, but because they care. Northern Tool is fortunate to have someone like him.”
