There’s this lady at the bank who is very rude her name is Vilma she was mocking me the entire time and putting on a fake smile like she didn’t know what she was doing. This Vilma lady is very unprofessional and unhelpful.

So I am a business owner. I opened up a bank account with TD Bank the one on 3600 N Federal Highway. in Lighthouse point .Velma was extremely rude to me saying that company that I do work with in New York . She was stating that the check is fake that she can just tell, She is very biased and rude when I’ve done plenty of work with this company. She told me there would be probably a 21 day hold on a check. I just moved here to Lighthouse point and I am very disappointed. Not to mention the company that she claimed the check was fake more than likely ,was Outraged. I think I will take my regular checking account and my business account and go back to Wells Fargo. I have never been treated so rudely from my own personal bank in my life Velma. Thank you for that.
And I apologize for the grammar I am just furious!!!!!
And I usually do not post bad reviews, but she has me pretty upset!!!!!!

Long time customers cannot get any service from reps at this branch. Have been waiting for over 30 min to handle business. Meanwhile a rep is teaching a customer how to read their credit report! SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH!

This branch is the least accommodating of any bank I have ever used. I am a loyal and happy TD customer, doing business at several branches. This location is always a problem. They turned me away today for a simple accomodation of document notarization. I drove to another branch and was immediately and cheerfuly taken care of. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Been a member here for years and actually have 3 accounts here. My wife and I tried to get a safety deposit box and the supervisor was a total jerk. She made us wait for a long time and then asked one of the tellers to ask us what we wanted. We told the teller we wanted to open a safety deposit box. Dianna, the supervisor said they need an account for that. The teller then asked do you have an account? Yes several. Tell them we will be with them in a few minutes. After more than a few minutes Dianna asked us to have a seat at her desk. From the first second we sat down we got the feeling we were an inconvenience to her. We Presented our IDs and she asked for our debit cards. Neither of us carry them and she acted like it was an issue that we didn't have them. Then after about 5 minutes looking at her screen she asked why our address on our IFs were not the same as the one on file. I said we moved. Again she made it sound like it was an issue....Well first we will have to change your address first. That took way longer then it needed to. Dianna then asked my wife where she works? Then had her verify her SSN. Then her phone number and E mail. There was a delay between each as she looked at her computer and typed endlessly. Then she asked me all the same questions, I finally said we just want to open a safety deposit box why is all this necessary. She was clearly annoyed at this point and she crossed her arms and said we will not proceed any further until we update all of your information......DO YOU WANT TO PROCEED? No and I reached across her desk and retrieved our IDs and left. She actually seemed happy with her result. At the same time we heard a teller, tell a customer who was also waiting to speak to Dianna. The teller told a customer that she is better off going to a different branch. We saw the same lady at the other branch when we also went there. Dianna clearly would be better suited to work and the DMV she obviously hates her job and loves running loyal customers out the door. It is also interesting that Tellers are telling customers to go to different locations rather than have to deal with Dianna. Also a quick review of the other reviews of this branch that several other people had similar issues with Dianna Update.. Went to a different branch. The lady there was professional and ask us only 3 questions. May I see your IDs? What size box would you like? What account would you like the charges deducted from? Have a great day! Moral of the story don't be a Dianna!

Diane the branch manager at this bank is not only incompetent but dangerous. Do not do business here is you value your privacy and financial well being. requesting privates codes illegally. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I had the pleasure of having Diana Narine to assist my husband and I in opening an account a couple of months ago.I went back again to get help with an issue. Not realizing it was closing time she still allowed us to have a seat and proceeded to solve our problem.We couldn’t stop talking about her and her above and beyond service.I hope she sees my review as I’m thanking her from the bottom of my ❤️TD BANK you have a ? amongst you $$$$.
