Close Friday afternoon at 1:40, no sign no emergency notice etc. Lights on but nobody home - great service!

The ladies who work here are the worst, you can see by all the negative reviews. They don't like questions or new customers. Watched them act so rude to customers in front of me. Can't believe they're still employed here with all the negative reviews

every time i come in with a package, i have left without dropping off, employees don’t like questions about different delivery options and are not accommodating when you don’t understand all the details. come in with a prepaid qr code and you will be ok

I went a week before Christmas and there was no wait line and the people were very polite and very friendly explaining which envelope I needed to utilize for the product that I was shipping to Louisiana. Great customer service and I highly recommend the USPS Office in Lighthouse Point. 5 starts without a doubt!

Please make sure packages are being sent to the correct address. Kind of worrisome that this isn’t being checked properly. I understand the bldg and apt # are the same, but pay attention to the street. Twice I had someone’s package sent to me and luckily I’m one street over and a good person.
