The United States Postal Service office in Lighthouse Point provides great customer service and good service. The staff are the absolute best, most knowledgeable, and nicest people. They are very polite, very friendly, helpful, and kind. The ladies that work there are some of the kindest, joyous people with wonderful Christmas spirit and bright energy. They are knowledgeable in explaining which envelope to utilize for shipping products. Customers report no wait line even a week before Christmas and have a great experience. The staff need to be applauded for the way they deal with the public. This location is highly recommended compared to others where staff have a major attitude. It is a great experience without a doubt.

Last year I stopped at this branch because it was convenient to other errands. Since then, I drive past the branch in Pompano and take the extra time to get to Lighthouse Point. Why? Returned a battery using an old box. Was helped quickly and smoothly. The lady closed the box for me also as I didn't tape it myself prior.
