“If I could give 10 stars, I would! Last week, I was concluding a work trip in Brandon. I was driving back home (60 miles away) when I heard a very scary noise... the dust shield (undercarriage) was dragging on the ground, hanging on by one screw. Also had a windshield wiper that flew competely off and a friend put it back on.. but it was BACKWARDS. I pulled into the shop without an appointment and in sheer panic, close to tears. Ryan took care of these issues with NO charge... very kind, polite, efficient. Shelby, the Office Manager, also greeted me with kindness and assured me everything would be fine. THANK YOU for "above and beyond" EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
“I went to get my tire rotation and Pedro called and told me my rear brake pads were still good but the front were at the minimum and needed to be replaced I asked if he could put the best brake pads on the front Saturday morning he said that he could I picked up my tundra a couple hours later I will recommend tire choice to all my friends and family thank you all for great customer service.”

“Took my car in to get new inner/outer tie rods, front lower control arms installed and an alignment. They got it done quickly and without issue. Ive been working on my own cars for 20 years but the above mentioned work was not something I wanted to do on the ground. The price was reasonable and I didnt feel taken advantage of. “My serpentine belt on my 2006 Ford Mustang was starting to wear and I needed a new one to replace the old one so I decided to come here. I regularly drop off Amazon packages at this auto repair shop for my job. I came in and told Stan behind the front counter what my issue was. He immediately took good care of me right from the very get go. Thought it was going to be a much longer repair but it turned out to be very fast. I brought my car in and was out in about an hour. My mechanic Chris replaced my serpentine belt and the harmonic balancer. I received a discount on the labor for the serpentine belt as well. I will definitely be coming back here again if I need service or repairs done on my vehicle! Thank you Stan and Chris for your exceptional customer service!! :)”
