Really difficult to get someone on the phone and the lines are always long. It's not the front desk fault though, they are unfortunately understaffed and overworked. They need to hire more people to run this place efficiently.

Every time Im waiting for a package with this office there is ALWAYS a problem with the delivery.Always a different issue. It either doesn’t get delivered, or is sent back to the warehouse by mistake, or they can’t access the location, that ALWAYS have an issue with my package.I don’t have this problems with UPS .There is an internal problem with this company and their staff.

I have called multiple times and no one answers then phone. I have gone in and waited up to 30 min in line. The worse service and yet we still get nailed for higher STAMP PRICES for poor service!!

I've been trying to find a package that was delivered on the 13th. Unfortunately, It did not get into MY box!! There are a bank of mailboxes at our rental office and apparently the mail carrier put it into the wrong box. And the package was not returned to me! I have requested the Post Master to ask the carrier about it but they still have not gotten in touch with me about it and now will not answer when I call them. This is unacceptable! I need that package.

Answer your stinking phone!?!?!!!!!!!!! I called today from 4:30 to 5:00 24 times yeah that's not a typo I called 24 times and no one can answer the phone. I called yesterday afternoon and had to go through 10 phone calls before someone would answer the phone and assured me that I would be able to get the mail out of my box today well guess what the oversized box is still jammed in my mailbox and the carrier shoved my mail all around it and I still cannot get my mail out of the box. Answer your stinking phone!!!!!!! So now I get to take time off of work to drive up to the post office to once again voice my concern that I cannot get my mail out of my box. Beyond sorry customer service if your hours say from 8:00 to 5:00 you better have somebody there working from 8:00 to 5:00 they can answer the phone at my job if it's 8:00 to 5:00 it's 8:00 to 5:00.

The Postmaster was trying to be very helpful with a priority mail package that got lost. However I have been trying to get back in touch with the post office and now know one will ever answer the phone. And of course the main post office number with their system is useless.
