Visited on 11/25/24 - door was open and spoke with what seemed like the owner. He said they were closed after telling me I was not from round here because i didnt understand that there had been a hurricane a month ago. I've lived here 13 years through all the hurricanes and damage and my moms house is on the beach with little damage this time. He was just downright rude- probably because he had to do repairs but no reason to speak to clients like that. My previous experience there many times with actual working staff was always good. I pity the workers with a boss like that- jees”
“This guys are awesome. I've been there with the most urgent needs to have hoses made like in no time and they always come and get the job done.As far as hydraulic needs this is the place to go . “I love Dan’s Fan City. We needed quite a few ceiling fans for our new home and found out about Dan’s online. I liked the reviews, so my husband and I decided to pay them a visit.Upon entering the store, we were welcomed by Misty, who was extremely knowledgeable and, very friendly. FYI, she’s usually on duty on weekends, including Friday. She was so kind and helpful, that we instantly became customers. She explained the pros and cons of each fan that we liked. And she recommended fans based on which room they would go into. She really saved me a lot of work because her knowledge helped immensely in deciding which fan to put in each room.The fans we selected had a LIFETIME WARRANTY on them, which was fantastic. I don’t know if that’s the case for every fan in the store, but we recently had the opportunity to test this out. It’s been over a year since we purchased our fans, and one of the models, of which we purchased two, was having issues. Both fans were doing the same thing so we called Dan’s Fans and Joe (I think that was his name), who was just as kind and helpful as Misty, told us to bring them back to the store so that they could test them. We had purchased 5 ceiling fans, and my husband had installed all the fans himself, so taking them down and bringing them back to the store wasn’t a problem.Joe called us after they were finished with their testing. From his description of what he found out about the fans, I truly believe he did a very thorough job with his testing. He explained that those fans had a fault in them and they’d be happy to change them out for different models.We returned to the store, and, once again, our dear friend Misty was there to help select the replacement fans. She was just as thorough as before and we came away with two new ceiling fans that have been working perfectly since my husband installed them. Dan’s Fans has customers for life in me and my husband. And we both recommend them very highly.”

“Great products at a great price. I gave 4 stars because I bought 3 items and had to return 2. One item was not what I asked for. I showed a photo of what I have already installed and was told what they were giving me was what I needed. It was not even compatible with what I had. I also requested 90 degree hinges for framed cabinets. They sold me 10 Blum hinges. They were not 90 degree. What I actually needed was not the hinges but the restricting clip. If you know exactly what you need Imecca has great products at a great price.”

“This company was literally right next to my residents. I was looking for a certain sized screw to be able to reach the depth in my wall. Anyway they are basically remodeling the inside to be basically all online or atleast most of the features. I noticed these metal plastic drawer sets that are 2 by 6 with 12 small shelves that where empty. I asked if they where selling them cause I could use them for my business of my online 2ndnhand good store, and in the end they gifted them to me and saidni could retrieve the rest. I've just been so in my business that I haven't had time to go grab them. I hope they still have them cause tomorrow im finally available andnim going to try andngrab the rest. Great service. With exceptional customer service from the front end team to speedy and accurate order picking from The servicemen in the back the team members of John Stone supply went above and beyond.not sure I can't even count the myriad ways they were warm and accommodating. This was first time I had visited John stone supply and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they a knowledgeable and helpful team but also seem to have fun and enjoy their job. “Seems to me that the local Ace stores including this one have more knowledgeable and helpful associates than the Big Box stores. Also Ace has many specialty hardware products and plumbing products that the Big Box stores do not have. You can buy online and pick it up just like at the Big Box stores. It's worth your time to give them a try.”

“This store was a good size with lots of products. I got my basic drill bits and then I found unexpected sales that saved me lots. I got a painters canvas floor cover for a sale price I couldn't pass up. Then I found some odd tools and fittings that I knew I would use at a great price. I spent like $23...my buddy spent $56 but all worth it. The quality is what you pay for.
