“I always come here because the customer service is amazing! I put my chain in for a repair and some how it got lost in transit. They gave me credit on the lost chain and Eli got me an extra discount for my troubles. I was going through family issues and it had been awhile before I was able to go back to select another purchase. But Lakin helped me decide on a purchase that was amazing. I still had family issues to be taken care of so it was awhile again before I can go back and make the final purchase. There was some issues concerning my purchase but Eli and Lakin came to the rescue AGAIN! They got me ANOTHER discount, so 3 discounts for my troubles and I made my purchases that are very beautiful and I am very happy with. “Excellent customer service. Went to another store, a local battery store for a watch battery for a vintage SWATCH and a vintage Baby G shock watch. Refused to work on the G shock, and charged $19 dollars for the SWATCH battery.
We had wanted to stop here first, but y'all are closed on Mondays. So Tuesday we took in my GShock. $5 bucks for a watch battery.
