“Thank you, Thomas! I left impressed with the entire experience at Fast-Fix jewelry and Watch Repairs in the UTC mall today. I was skeptical about bringing in my expensive watch to replace the battery. I am new to the area and was looking for a reputable place to service my jewelry needs. Thomas was very professional, polite and experienced. He quickly resolved my battery issue and provided insight into why my watch did not hold the previous charge. I previously brought my watch in for a battery replacement with a different place 6 months ago in St. Pete... TOTAL REGRET! Thomas was able to show me the damage that was made from the previous Jeweler and provide guidance on how to proceed. I am very grateful for his expertise and transparency through his analysis of my watch. This is a family heirloom I wear proudly and deeply cherish. He replaced the battery at a reasonable price and had it completed within an hour! I left my anklet for repairing the clasp as well. I brought in a tennis bracelet too for analysis and he suggested a full re-build vs consistent repair. I value his suggestion and plan to budget in the next few months to bring my tennis bracelet in to get it back-to-life. Highly recommend this location! Great experience and customer service! 10/10”

I wanted to re-set my Grandmother’s diamond ring and he was able to guide me with showing me a multitude of different design settings. They also do a great job keeping things fun with events throughout the month, so there’s always something new happening.
And don’t skip Hamlet’s Eatery in the courtyard. The burger and fries are excellent, the specials are always worth checking out, and the vegetarian and vegan options are so good that even a meat-eater will be happy.
