“We decided Sabal Club was right he for us, and couldn’t be happier with that decision. The leasing office staff made sure our move-in process smooth and easy. Their assistance was invaluable, and they truly made us feel welcome. The location is a dream. We’re right next to Wekiva state park, which means scenic nature views, fresh air, and plenty of outdoor activities. Our apartment was in excellent condition when we moved in. Clean, well-maintained, and ready for us to settle in comfortably. The full gym is a game-changer. The pool area is inviting, and the tennis courts are a great option too. The leasing office staff deserves a special mention. They are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist. Whether it’s answering questions or addressing any concerns, they have definitely made us feel valued. Highly recommended!”

“The manager Portia is amazing. She really works with you on anything that you need whether the rent or a maintenance request. The property is constantly upgrading the community to keep it modern and gorgeous. They just upgraded the gym and work cafe area and it is gorgeous!! I highly recommend them.”

“I LOVE the parker! They are amazing. Very friendly and clean. They go above and beyond to help their residents and are very responsive. The Parker’s management team is the kindest and very helpful. The maintenance crew is super quick to respond to requests. Jake, Henry, and Fran in the leasing office/ management office are like family to us. We also love Carlos a lot he’s super nice. The parker overall 10/10 Its safe, clean and a great environment for kids, teenagers and also adults.”

“I enjoy living here. It’s a very peaceful area and great for families with young children since there’s tons of parks and events. The farmers market is right across the street on Sundays! Maintenance responds quickly and the prices are more affordable than other apartments in the area. It is an older building but newly renovated so all vinyl wood floors, new appliances, and granite countertops.”

“As anyone apartment hunting online very well knows, 4.7 is a stellar rating on Google - for any business really but Dwell Maitland truly deserves the full 5. I have lived here for a year already and if circumstances allowed I would absolutely be resigning my lease. Having lived in other luxury apartments in downtown Saint Pete, I would choose Dwell Maitland every time.
Thankfully for the majority of my time here I had little reason to contact the office but the one time I did need them for a reason unrelated to satisfaction of renting, they were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. Everyone from Nikki and Michelle as well as the others in the office really show that they care about their residents and the maintenance staff are all very friendly and polite gentleman.
Working from home I can’t recall a single time I heard my neighbor through the wall. The amenities are great and so is the location but it’s the people that take this property from excellent to outstanding. Look no further.”
“Great location, attentive staff and extensive amenities make this one of the best apartment communities in Winter Park. My leasing consultant, Lucas was extremely helpful. He was able to get me into the perfect apartment that best suited my needs. The pool makes a great centerpiece for relaxing. The fitness center is enormous, with ample room to work out without feeling crowded.”

The location is convenient, buildings and grounds are well kept, neighbors are great, and the staff are professional and considerate. Darlene has been wonderful to my kids and I from the beginning. She goes above and beyond anytime I had issues or concerns and I’m glad the new owners brought her back. The recent community events have also been awesome to enjoy and hope to see more this year!”
“I've been at nine 12 Gateway going on my second year. I love it here. It's very clean, quiet and well kept up inside and outside grounds are alway kept clean. Security here is safe, you never know whose watching but they are. The office management Lynn and Sophia along with maintenance are great they are alway available for you when you need there help. I almost lost the opportunity to renew but Sophia kept me updated on what was coming available for what I needed. . This is a great team and a wonderful place to live. The picture you see on there website is just what this place look like and better.
They even have food truck come even when you don't feel like cooking. Chanelle is great very nice representative. I love speaking with Sophia she alway has the answer you need and will make sure you are ok.

Ms. Jennifer reached out to me after a couple days talking to Aracelis to let me know that my transfer was approved. The building is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and efficient. We love the neighborhood… I rarely have to drive anymore!
I would like to give a special thank you and recognition to Julian and Edwin on the maintenance staff. We had a somewhat unusual maintenance need and they were here within a day (during a very busy week for them) and had the request completed in just a few minutes. They are always courteous and friendly while working or whenever we see them around the building.
And to Courtney in the front office, your attention to detail and willingness to help the residents are second to none!

“5 + stars for Jefferson Lake Howell Staff! I recently moved from a 2/2 lake view apartment to a 1/1 lake view apartment. The view is beautiful and very peaceful. The amenities here make you feel like you’re at a 5 star resort.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the incredible office and maintenance staff here who have been very friendly, accommodating, communicative, and efficient. Jessica, Nina and Cory - thank you for providing exceptional service and support. Your actions demonstrate professionalism and it’s very evident how much you care about the residents. “I have lived here for about a year and a half and I couldn't be happier! The rent here is very reasonable, you won't find any place else this nice for this price in central FL anymore! The property and the buildings are very well maintained, the pool is very nice and clean, and I have never once had any bugs in my apartment! The office staff, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Aleyli, as well as all the maintenance staff are always very friendly and helpful! Maintenance responds very quickly if you put in a work order! The other residents all seem very courteous of one another, I've never had problems with loud or rude neighbors here at all.I highly recommend moving here if you're looking for an apartment! I almost crossed this place off my list because of some of the bad google reviews but I'm so glad I didn't!”

“I originally toured with Shemar and he was great throughout the process. However,I just moved in with my boyfriend and the experience was a little rocky at the start. We applied under the impression we would receive a certain floor plan and the apartments wasn't available after all.With this being said, the apartment we ended up moving to is a nice option.We had to move within the week we applied and they were able to accommodate a quick move for us. We're excited to be here and we do love the community.”

“The management team is excellent, they bent over backwards for me and my son. We moved in here from out of state. Our flight was delayed, but Ms. Vanessa waited for us at the office to give us our keys. We could have been out on the street. So THANK YOU Ms. Vanessa.
Now that we are in here, the communication is excellent. I am visually impaired, therefore turning in service requests online is very difficult for me, so I call them. Whatever the issues, they would step on it right away.
However, we have problems with centipedes and millipedes, and the maintenance people told me that they can’t control these bugs. Already spent a lot of money on “Glue Boards.” I lined up the glue boards to the back door and the front door and to the every crack I see, but we still wake up in the middle of the night seeing these bugs on walls, ceiling, and the bathroom floor. I think these bugs are also getting through the air vents.
Overall, we are still happy to be here. This is real life “no place is perfect.” It doesn’t matter where we live, there will always be something wrong ?. Therefore, let’s just be content and we do the best we can?. I am ordering more glue boards ?, I will line them up in the bedrooms and the bathrooms?.”
