“We decided Sabal Club was right he for us, and couldn’t be happier with that decision. The leasing office staff made sure our move-in process smooth and easy. Their assistance was invaluable, and they truly made us feel welcome. The location is a dream. We’re right next to Wekiva state park, which means scenic nature views, fresh air, and plenty of outdoor activities. Our apartment was in excellent condition when we moved in. Clean, well-maintained, and ready for us to settle in comfortably. The full gym is a game-changer. The pool area is inviting, and the tennis courts are a great option too. The leasing office staff deserves a special mention. They are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist. Whether it’s answering questions or addressing any concerns, they have definitely made us feel valued. Highly recommended!”

One of the biggest highlights is the outstanding maintenance team, especially Alex, the maintenance manager. Alex is incredibly professional, prompt, and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents have a hassle-free living experience. Whether it's a quick fix or a major repair, he and his team handle everything efficiently and with a friendly attitude.
If you're looking for a well-maintained, welcoming, and comfortable place to live in Winter Park, Vintage At Winter Park is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!”

The property is constantly upgrading the community to keep it modern and gorgeous. They just upgraded the gym and work cafe area and it is gorgeous!! I highly recommend them.”

Edit: I am unfortunately moving out and wanted to update my review. I've come to learn that it's not the management company that makes an apartment but definitely the onsite team. From the IMT to ZRS switch over, the team remained the same and the level of customer service remained high. If you're looking for a luxe spot, with amazing amenities, super fun resident events, and a management team that truly cares about their community and the residents who live there, this is the spot! Not to mention the proximity to literally everything. If I could pack up the whole community and move it with me I would. Thank you guys for an amazing 4 years!”
“I honestly have a hard time believing the negative reviews that are on here. Also it feels weird to give an apartment complex a bad rating if you’ve never lived there? I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience since day one. From first contact with the leasing office, setting up a tour, scheduling a separate second tour for my wife, going through the application process, getting their help with processing our ESAs, moving in, and now living here, it’s all been so smooth. HUGE kudos to Sid, who has been our champion from day one and made sure everything has gone off without a hitch. Maybe the people who left bad reviews could learn to catch more flies with honey. Coming from our last apartment with AC issues and an awful landlord who never took our concerns seriously, The Parker at Maitland Station is a godsend. I could go on about the community events which are so cute and fun, the amenities, the great location, or a ton of other great things, but I want to say one thing in particular. We had an issue with our AC about two months in (it was a super easy fix but I’m no HVAC technician), and we put in an after hours (around 9:00pm) emergency maintenance request because my wife is pregnant in her third trimester and she was worried about having no AC in the apartment. Maintenance came over in under 20 minutes, completely fixed it, explained it all to us, taught us what to do if it happened again, used a temperature gun to make sure it was blowing cold air, and had up and running and good to go all in about 15 minutes—ON LABOR DAY. I don’t care what the other reviews say, we were floored. Amazing service here, super friendly residents and staff. We can’t wait to have our baby shower here in the club room. I could go on but please take my word for it, it’s great here. Don’t let the grumps with the one star reviews fool you!”

“We lived at DWELL for a year and absolutely loved it. The whole experience — from move-in to move-out — was smooth and stress-free. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and we never had any major issues. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive — any small requests we had were resolved the same day.
The apartments are spacious and modern, the pool is clean, the gym is well-equipped, and the garage parking is super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We also had a few friends living here and they share the same positive opinion.
We only moved out because of personal circumstances, but we truly miss living at DWELL. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free living experience!”

“The staff are absolutely phenomenal, and the pricing is quite fair for the size of the apartments. The only critique I’d give is that clothes have been given a burnt smell from all the dryers for the past year without any replacement machines. There are talks about getting this updated within the next few months, but I remain sceptical given how long the issue has been ongoing. I’d recommend spending the extra money on a fourth-party laundromat service for the foreseeable future. The apartment itself has no issues, but the laundry service is less than adequate.
Update July 8th 2025:
CSC will be updating the machines on the 9th of July 2025. I have moved my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars in anticipation of this great upgrade!”

The location is convenient, buildings and grounds are well kept, neighbors are great, and the staff are professional and considerate. Darlene has been wonderful to my kids and I from the beginning. She goes above and beyond anytime I had issues or concerns and I’m glad the new owners brought her back. The recent community events have also been awesome to enjoy and hope to see more this year!”

From the moment I applied to the moment I moved in—literally within 24 hours—Allison was so kind, super responsive, and made the whole process a breeze. She made sure everything I needed was taken care of, and that kind of attentiveness is just so rare. “Paris was amazing! I came into McKinley feeling exhausted and defeated as I tried to get a family of 3 approved for a unit somewhere. The family had been experiencing denial after denial at different properties due to not being able to meet rental income criteria. Although the family was denied at Paris’s property, she didn’t stop there or give up. Paris was patient, compassionate and considerate. She went above and beyond to find a sister property of Mckinley that the family would meet the criteria of. Thanks to Paris’s hard work and diligence to go above and beyond for this family, they were able to sign their lease today and move into their new home today. They are no longer homeless and this family has a place to call their own that they can afford comfortably. Thank you Paris for being amazing and honestly just being you! My organization will definitely be referring more families and clients to McKinley just because of Paris! Job well done!”
“I enjoy living here. It’s a very peaceful area and great for families with young children since there’s tons of parks and events. The farmers market is right across the street on Sundays! Maintenance responds quickly and the prices are more affordable than other apartments in the area. It is an older building but newly renovated so all vinyl wood floors, new appliances, and granite countertops.”

“I have lived here for about a year and a half and I couldn't be happier! The rent here is very reasonable, you won't find any place else this nice for this price in central FL anymore! The property and the buildings are very well maintained, the pool is very nice and clean, and I have never once had any bugs in my apartment! The office staff, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Aleyli, as well as all the maintenance staff are always very friendly and helpful! Maintenance responds very quickly if you put in a work order! The other residents all seem very courteous of one another, I've never had problems with loud or rude neighbors here at all.I highly recommend moving here if you're looking for an apartment! I almost crossed this place off my list because of some of the bad google reviews but I'm so glad I didn't!”
