“I’ve always been a fan of American Freight, bought myself and my kids furniture. This is the first time going to the Sanford location as I did not know there was one. I will forever be a customer at this location. Kywonna was AMAZING! He was able to answer all my questions and even double checked to make sure I bought the right furniture. Went through everything with me and the pricing so I was never confused. Great customer service. I will be back to buy the remainder of my bedroom set. “Derrick is pretty amazing I mean they all are but he is always upbeat and keeps me laughing making my day better with his terrible jokes. I've been a customer over 6 years and they always fix any issues I may have like recently with bed controller. Derrick is always professional and pleasant, I see some negative reviews but in all my years I have never had a bad experience.”

We had dealt with Appliance Direct before and had a horrible experience with them. Sony's has always been professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. They are very honest and reliable. “Although they did not have what I was looking for in their inventory at the time, 5 stars for customer service. I mentioned my washer was not filling and the gentleman showed me what part to pull, bring it to him and he will sell me a replacement. A few YouTube videos later, I did just that and my washer is working perfectly. This helpful advice saved me hundreds of dollars!”

I see a lot customers go there that aren’t plumbers and they give them the same respect and time as the people that are in there regularly.”

“Beware when buying large appliances we got our air conditioner installed this weekend and discovered it was 6 years old and the compressor doesn't work right. Also no working electric carts for the handicapped. Assistant Manager suggested that we bring it back for a refund. That's no help since we paid someone $150 to install it.”
“5 years ago I had a terrible rent a center experience that the district manager had to get involved . I decided to give this one a try because my washer broke. When I got the new washer I had a few problems with it. But this team from the repair guys, the lady who answered the phone, the store manager. All went above and beyond to help me. Their customer service was amazing and I never felt like I was about to have negative experience again. Thank you for the new washer!”
“Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.”
“Great customer service and prices! Bought two new ac units in the box for WAY less than we could have found them anywhere else (even used). They even helped load into our truck. The staff was helpful and friendly but not overbearing. We'll definitely be back.”
“It's a Home Depot. This one is organized pretty well and they don't change things significantly often. The stock is pretty good however, don't rely on the app or website quantities if they are below 3.
Garden center is stocked fairly well with healthy plants. There are still a few workers there that are experts but not like the old days when they would hire department experts and they would be in force. Now it's pretty much just stockers who knows where their inventory is in the store and on the shelves. If you have the app, it will tell you isle and bay number.
You do have to hunt someone down in most cases if you need help. Just not the fully staff store it used to be. Most HW stores are getting that way. The staff is generally nice and willing to help.
The paint department still has quite a selection and of course they will match your color just like anywhere else that sells paint.
Just like everywhere else, mostly self checkout. They need to have service registers open though, a store like this has too many items that require intervention.”

“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”

“I wanted to take a moment to thank Isaiah, Roger, and Bonnie for their outstanding customer service this morning. I went in to look at a water heater and ended up exploring tankless options. What I thought would be a small project quickly grew into a much bigger task, but thanks to their knowledge and expertise, I learned so much in such a short time.

“Home Depot is a well-known big box chain for home improvement goods and services. And, what typically sets the chains apart is their customer service, supply of goods, and the ease of doing business with them. At this location, I've shopped in store, online with pick up at customer service, online with curbside delivery, and online with home delivery. Each of these shopping experiences have been solid for me. And when I've needed to return an item, the process has gone smoothly. The employees have all been helpful. Some purchases here include a soil probe, mulch, lightbulbs, and Ryobi brand power tools, one of the brands that Home Depot highlights. I don't hesitate to purchase here for to all of the above reasons and will continue to frequent here. One note: The location is in a shopping center with Target so the traffic is higher than at stand alone locations.”

“I haven't been to Best Buy in a while. I pre ordered a Nintendo switch fit ring. It was $20 cheaper at Best Buy than anywhere else. The item was ready when I arrived for pickup. I decided to go inside. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The staff member who helped with check out was even able to share a bit about her experience with the ring fit. It was encouraging to hear how about it and made me look forward to it even more. Overall great service and a great price.”
