“I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment, and with no one in wait, was warmly welcomed by Adrianna. She listened intently as to the issue I was having with my iPhone and explained possible concerns as well as our options to reach an optimal resolution. As we all know, issues with electronics can be frustrating and put a damper on projects that rely on them. The time, attention, and professionalism Adrianna displayed during the entire transaction with me (and other customers) shows that her focus is truly to make the Geek Squad experience as pleasant as possible, and she did a heck of a job doing just that- literally saving my weekend. Kudos Sanford team, and thank you sincerely.”

“Customer service is excellent. I could tell they value my business and satisfaction when I explained that my new 76”smart TV fell and shattered. No push back or condescension from the associates, they scheduled another delivery with a brand new TV and pick up of the broken one within 2days time. I’m so thrilled with this experience that I’m telling everyone!”
