“My fiancé and I were driving on the highway a couple of weeks ago, our tire exploded and created an enormous portion of damage to our front bumper, mirror, and both doors on the driver’s side. The damage was so severe it looked as if we got into a car wreck. Less than two weeks later, we just picked our car up today. I am amazed at the quality of both the craftsmanship and the service.

We arrived to pick up the vehicle today, we were immediately greeted by Erin and Barry with an abundantly warm welcome. They treated us like family! Barry explained the fixes in a way that I (someone who hardly knows anything about cars) felt like an expert after listening to him speak.

The car looks like it’s new!

These two went above and beyond, even offering practical tips to maintain the car’s health as we headed out. It was a blessing to meet these two, I hardly write reviews but this is undoubtedly worth the time. I’d certainly recommended Body Perfect Auto Collision to anyone needing auto collision assistance.”

“Great experience at this AutoZone! Shout out especially to Johniel (sp?) and Marisol, for being so helpful. We had come this afternoon after getting new tires, but having to replace the lug nuts, because the tire place did not have the right ones. Not knowing what to get, Marisol instantly helped with a warm and friendly attitude. Unfortunately, we guesstimated the wrong size, and had to return. Johniel handled the return with such friendliness and ease. We just needed a few lug nuts to hold us over until we could get the entire thing replaced at the tire place. The second pair still didn't quite fit, but they helped get us out of the situation. Then, he gave us good advice to order all the same ones, so we wouldn't need different keys for different sets. A simple lug nut issue was made difficult because of the narrow opening, and they weren't standard lug nuts that fit. However, the associates here were super helpful. Marisol helped us leave the store knowing what to do next. Great, helpful people here! Thank you for your hard work.”

“This place is great, I was told I needed a new ECM unit and a new radiator. Aaron looked at it and found out I had a wire that was broken, and that he could fix the seals on my radiator rather than replacing it. Saving me hundreds of dollars. I’ve never been here before it was recommended to me by a Mobile Mechanic that couldn’t figure it out on the street.I feel like I have a new mechanic.
And just because I liked them a lot, doesn’t mean everybody has to go here because I wanna be able to bring my man here when I need to lol”

I was referred to Transco after another mechanic seriously messed up a transmission range sensor install on my Mustang. The car was nearly undrivable, and I thought I was out of options. When I explained the situation to Gary, he immediately brought in Rick, who was calm, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful.

They were so honest from the start — Rick didn’t want to take any money unless they could truly help. As we worked through the issue together, I discovered that a bent pin on the new sensor was the root of the problem. Rick took it from there and carefully realigned and restored everything. The car now drives perfectly.

The fact that both Rick and Gary refused payment after all that just shows the kind of shop this is: kind, honest, and deeply committed to doing the right thing. I can’t recommend Transco enough for any transmission-related work. They’ve completely earned my trust.”
