Tire Pressure were not even checked. Driver side tires were at 38, pasenger front 34 and Rear 35 psi. 1st impressions really go a long way.”

During my last two visits, I purchased headlight and fog light bulbs, and most recently, a windshield repair kit. What I appreciate most about this store is its self-service checkout and compatibility with various payment methods such as Apple Pay, Android Samsung, and Google Pay. The service representatives are always helpful in directing me to the correct aisle for what I'm looking for, and if I still cannot locate the item, they are willing to walk me over to it. I have never encountered any issues during my visits and hope that this level of service continues.”

“Ken is a hidden gem In Sanford...,Let me tell you why. I purchased a repurposed alternator. I wanted to get it tested before it gets installed under the hood. I went to the auto parts stores like O'Riley's Advanced and Auto Zone. I was 0 for 3 they meaning all three could not test my alternator. I went to Ken's place and it was not your everyday place you walk into. You could tell he was older and was in the business for a long time. And had all his tools everywhere along with alternators and starters laying on the table. Ken says bring her in I'll take a look. He got up really slow and he put my alternator on this machine that looks very simple and looked like Frankenstein was getting a test to be awakened. He looked through his connections and eureka!!!!! He found it !!!! Don't tell me why Ken had the connector and the auto stores didn't. So he is doing his thing moving switches putting a load on it. Ken says she's GOOD running at 150 at 13.8 to 14.2 amps no vibration on the bearings she's good to go. I was so relieved number one. He came through. People please go check out Ken's in Sanford. He has seen it all and knows his stuff. He probably would have stories to tell if you had time to chat with him. Thank God he's still in business.”

I just wanted to ask if they had a certain product available in the store, and had to wait for quite a while to get someone to help me. There were at least 3-4 others behind me waiting to get someone to help. Otherwise they have a good selection of things and if they don't have it in store, they can get it for you to pick up from the store within the next 1-2 days. You can also order things online with fast free shipping if your order is over a certain amount.”
