“This review has been long overdue, but I want to say that I’ve had excellent service purchasing my car there and even going back when there was an issue with a tire. The day that I purchased the car, there was a sign saying that there was a low tire pressure and they originally addressed it by adding air but we found out soon after that the issue kept reoccurring so I went back and their service was excellent. Starting with **MATT MUJICA** and ending with **CARLOS BALULA**. How they treated me and even my 4 yr old son was so sweet and helpful. I am grateful for people like them and wouldn’t think twice before returning or recommending.”

“6 years ago, my engine blew on the way to Orlando. We were looking for a repair shop and came across Vega's. I told them that my engine blew and that we were on our way to a wedding. Mr. Vega loaned us a vehicle so that we could make it to the wedding and allowed us to return it the following day. While looking for an engine for my car, Mr. Vega offered to loan me his vehicle. I ended up renting a vehicle but thought that it was a very generous offer. He installed the engine and I haven't had a problem in 6 years. I called his office today to get a copy of the invoice showing that I made a payment. Hyundai is reimbursing me due to a class action suit on their engines. Vega's customer service, 6 years later, is still impeccable. Vega's Hi-Tech Auto is an honest business with skilled workers. If I lived in Orlando, I would be using them all of the time!”

They were more than accommodating summer of 21’ when my ac compressor broke due to an auto collision and my insurance was being very difficult to work with. They were so supportive the whole way through and did a great repair job with my ac.Fast forward now summer 23’ and my compressor broke again. Elite went to bat for me and got the wholesaler to honor my warranty bc it was still under 2 years old but over the warranty mileage. Needless to say my AC is back to NEW!!
