“Jae and Ark Auto are the best. I took my Kia Soul to Ark after another shop in Longwood claimed that I needed a new AC compressor but was acting shady so another set of eyes were needed. Ark asked questions as to why I felt like the compressor was needed and took the car in, did his tests to make sure this was actually needed - and it wasn't. He explained doing tests, no leaks needed in the compressor and all I needed was a recharge. He took the time to explain things and did a great job. We dropped off the car in the morning and by lunch it was finished. Going forward I will trust Ark with all my needs and recommend them for your service. Thank you so much!”

“After dealing with multiple mechanics that attempted to talk me into unnecessary and costly repairs, my brother recommended I go to his mechanic. I'm so glad I took his advice as Chris and his team have been a breath of fresh air. They have worked on my car for the last year trouble shooting issues starting from what was actually needed in the moment to fine tuning smaller issues while preparing me for what will be needed in the future. They work conservatively to ensure I'm not wasting my limited budget for which I am incredibly grateful for. They have gone above and beyond to keep my older vehicle running smoothly as I plan on keeping my car for many years to come. Everyone is so incredibly kind and always a joy to have a conversation with while they grab a quick bite to eat or look up parts for other patrons repairs. This shop has been a pleasure to work with and I will continue to drive the 45 min to keep them working on my vehicle even if only for an oil change. They aren't beholden to the pushy sales tactics large chains require and patiently walk you through the hows and whys for each repair if needed. I'm so glad I started using their service. They made a lifetime customer out of me from their honest business practices. 10/10 recommend.”

“Finding a good qualified mechanic is like finding a diamond in the rough. We had some difficult issues arise in our 2014 Mercedes C250. Starting with rough idling and finally engine shutting down. It was a failed ECU (Computer). The Estimate from others was nearly $2000 / 70% higher then Euro. We were scheduled for a long cruise and the car would need to stay with them for 15 days. Rob, our Euro Representative, said it would not be a problem and they would keep it inside. Came back, Mercedes in great shape, washed and ready to go. These guys are fairly priced, great work, and friendly to work with. 5 Stars!”

“Called Elite Auto to get a quote to repair my 2013 F150's sunroof. The assembly, which is horribly built, broke, and would need replacement. It was literally stuck open, and living in Florida, that scared the dickens out of me! I took it to a Ford dealership, and they were going to charge me $200 just to look at it. Daniel at Elite gave me a full quote, AND got the sunroof closed, and didn't charge me a cent! Since it is such an expensive/extensive repair, it's something I'd have to save for, but if I ever do get it repaired it'll be at Elite. (If i don't give it a crack myself) Excellent service and honest guys at Elite.”
“Let first preferences by saying I have been taken advantage of by many auto shops being a women. I took my car in at 2:30 same day for front and rear brakes. They were done by 3:30 and at the most reasonable price out of everyone that’s quoted me.ABBA is a very honest mechanic! His “helper” Kevin was very personable and helpful.
