“Today I received a call from fraud prevention regarding some charges that someone tried to make on my debit card. I'm greatful for their service when it comes to that.
However, when I went to this branch to get a replacement for my now canceled debit card I was informed that I'm going to have to wait 5 business days to get a new one because they no longer do the repayments in house. Did we go back in time? It's a total inconvenience to have to wait 5 days for a much needed debit card. I don't have millions but I will be looking for an institution that makes life easier for the customer...too bad, I liked doing business with Fairwinds...
Problem was solved by James one of the managers at the branch. Fairwind ROCKS...!!!!!
