Was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful selection of plants, most hard to find elsewhere. Brian was so patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Did not rush me. He was very helpful with plant care for specific plants. It was so fun geeking out over plants with someone so knowledgeable! I’ll be back next week! “My husband and I popped in on a whim and I'm so glad that we did! We were greeted by such friendly staff members Syd in the garden and Amanda in the shop. Syd was VERY knowledgeable on all things garden. She even helped me identify a mystery plant that I've been growing. Turns out it's some type of funky orchid. She showed me around and helped me familiarize myself with several different plants. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices are! We will be back once we plan out the garden bed we have in mind!”

“My husband and I moved from Avalon Park to Oviedo 2 months ago. We have been to the Oviedo Ace Hardware several times. It is time to give them a Big pat on the back. Every time I have been there the staff has been knowledgeable and very helpful.Today that was again the case. I needed a special screwdriver for the Ring doorbell on the home we purchased. The young lady at the register call Cora to help! Cora, looked at the picture and knew exactly what I needed, found the best value and suggested I take 2 sizes...noting that I could return the one that didn't fit.I was back home in minutes, the screwdriver bit worked and the Ring doorbell has been registered!!!All of this accomplished in way less time than if I had gone to a Big Box Store. In addition to having great, friendly, knowledgeable staff.I strongly suggest you give the Oviedo Ace Hardware a try before going anywhere else.”

“This store has everything I need, The items are always in stock with great service. The entrance is the second driveway. It is a bit hard to park sometimes because there are only about 7 or 8 parking spaces. I shop there when it's not rush hour traffic times.”

“I've been buying here for years. The plants are healthy, the prices are good, and the employees are quite knowledgeable. Every plant and tree that I have bought from them has flourished.It gets crowded on the weekends, as homeowners and landscapers flood in. Parking up front can be difficult when it's busy. If you can, come during the week. It's much more relaxed.They sell oak firewood by the stack and by the truckload. It's seasoned well but they don't cover it, so it can sometimes be a little difficult to get burning. I used it in my fire pit, but had trouble keeping it lit in the smoker. Not a problem if you store it under cover for a month or so.”

They told me they could get them in and I came the next day on New Year’s Eve to pick them up. Very kind people. I love my new sundews, they’re healthy, beautiful, and catching lots of gnats. “Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”

“December 9th 2023:Number 1 - he should be recognized across the entire Home Depot- but i am not able to reach any Home Depot Headquarters in US - when i call them, they keep transferrring to the same people , outside of this country i cannot make them understand..Anyhow i ment to say it is Bill -who does a fantastic job- he is a great Asset... he can do all the things- he was highly helpful ...i cannot say more words- than this like a brother Mr.. Bill who has all the skills as well as ability to manage things.2. Cashier or helping automated cash line - Yanan - she was nice and helpful..my family appreciates her.3. “I needed more spray paint. Fortunately, Home Depot is opened until 8pm on Sundays. They still carried the color I had purchased last year, but the price had gone up. I guess that's to be expected. At self checkout, I required assistance. An employee came over right away, and I was able to complete the transaction in a timely manner.”
