“I love this place. They have beautiful flowering plants, succulents, trees etc. All of the plants we have purchased have been great quality.
My husband and I found this place in in Aug. We bought multiple milkweed plants and a few other types of plants to attract butterflies. It has been very successful. We have seen so many different types of caterpillars and beautiful butterflies for the last few months. I actually had to go back today and buy 2 more milkweed so our last batch of caterpillars ( we've had 3 batches) could finish growing up. It's been really neat to watch.”

“Ordered carnivorous plants to be shipped to CT in our last warm spell of the year (purchased optional heat pack just to be sure as we’re down into the 30s overnight). Absolutely couldn’t be happier! Healthy, large vigorous plants at a reasonable price, but what really set them apart was the careful packing. One Drosera even had thread – thin flower spikes, which are intact. Personal email contact (not just canned text) to be sure they were shipped before weather dropped below freezing was especially appreciated. Points for Sarah!”

“We went to cook dinner tonight to find out our pellet smoker decided to die. I placed an order online and within 5 min I received a call from a young man who said not only do I have it ready, I have one already built! They were closing in 15 min and said head over without hesitation. Not only were there 2 young men waiting at the door for us. They helped load the grill, made sure we knew some much needed info and did it all with smiles on their faces. I wish I would have paid attention to their names but I was just trying to get out of there as quickly as possible not to keep them late. So to the fantastic gentleman working the closing shift this past Saturday, there need to be more like you around. “Beware when buying large appliances we got our air conditioner installed this weekend and discovered it was 6 years old and the compressor doesn't work right. Also no working electric carts for the handicapped. Assistant Manager suggested that we bring it back for a refund. That's no help since we paid someone $150 to install it.”

“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”

“Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.”
