“The best Nursery in Central Florida. & a place that makes me very happy ?. They have a wide variety of plants that love the shade and plants that love the sun. The plants are all well maintained and loved. The prices are at least 5-6 dollars less than HD & Lowe’s. The family that owns it are even better. Such loving and gentle individuals. This place is top notch with a low key vibe ?❤️”

“I had a great experience, I went near the end of closing time, so I wasn't expecting tons of help because they were trying to get ready to close up so i'm not mad that I wasn't constantly asked if I needed help. But my only really complaint with this nursery is a lot of the name tags for the plants and prices were either washed out or old. And it was very difficult to identify half the plants here, but I'm sure if I asked an employee, they'd probably be able to tell me, but without help It was very hard to navigate the place. But for the positives, the plant selection was amazing, and the prices were great. They even have a decent selection of native plants as a native plant lover I 'm sad they didn't have every native plant, but they had a lot more than what you're gonna find at a big box store, which is always great. Their native plant selection stock is pretty low compared to other plants. T so they either don't stock a lot or someone recently bought a lot. So if you're looking for native plants, it's a good store, but it seems like they don't stock as much as the other plants. Definitely, would shop here again and so should you.”

“Stop looking for a quality nursery for your shrub and tree needs : YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT LEES TREES WHEN IT COMES TO CONFIDENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM !!! We were treated like part of their family business , so engaging and so caring for their clients. We use to do everything inside and outside our home ourselves but have resigned ourself that it’s time to turn some tasks over to professionals and cherish our retirement hours. When it comes to trees and shrubs we couldn’t be more pleased with the attention Josh gave to our purchase / delivery / install : Lees is the best 10+ stars…..”

“I had a very leaky faucet in my home. I tried buying replacement parts at several big box stores with no luck. I walked into this location with the broken part in hand. Jim could see the frustration on my face and immediately came to the rescue. Within minutes Jim found the parts to rebuild my broken faucet parts and had me on my way home. This is real service. This is how I remember the folks at Ace would help my father when I was a kid. Thank you, Jim. And thank you to Ace for having great employees. Made my week.”

“I came in on Tuesday and was helped by a young girl, Kayla. She had a lot of energy and was sweet to help an older lady. She looked busy but didn't mind helping me. Everytime I go in I see a new face but they are always kind. What I bought Wild bird seed and she helped me carry it to the front. I forgot my coupons but will be back. Thank you , Christine”

“First and foremost we’d like to thank Steven for his absolute true leadership day in and out! Thank you to Alfredo for his quick and fast support and delivery that we encountered every time we’ve done business which was always great business and honest. I am a new customer and was seeking the contractors discount which requires you to become a contractor member to qualify however, Steven decided to honor the discount and that was a kind gesture and Alfredo knows everything about the business and materials. They have multiple locations! We recommend GoMulch Fast Landscape Solutions to everyone who appreciates a on stop shop in and out business experience that you’ll never regret! POV: They always provide the absolute freshest and cleanest Mulch, Rock, Stone, Soil, etc. God bless you all and good luck 🍀”

“They carry it more than just weed-n-feed and 6-6-6 fertilizer. They are worth the trip up to Sanford to get your fertilizer and any type of chemicals you may need. Their prices are very reasonable even in this inflationary time.”

“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”

“Came in here looking for some finish for new outdoor wood furniture, was confused by the options. Sensing my lack of knowledge, an employee came over and offered helpful advice, and even stopped me later to give some advice in how to prepare and apply it, and to make sure I got the right materials. The self checkout was also very painless, no issues, scanned right, easy to use, very large screens. Seems like this place is very customer focused, and that will encourage me to return for my future home improvement needs.”

“Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.”

“Best retail nursery in Lake Mary Sanford area, in my opinion. Prices are the best, shop around and see for yourself - I do - and I always end up coming back here. It is low key, laid back, personable, and friendly. Ideal for landscaping plants, not fruit or veggies. love this place. AND staff helped me load all the stuff (big heavy 7 gallon size)”
