“I had a great experience, I went near the end of closing time, so I wasn't expecting tons of help because they were trying to get ready to close up so i'm not mad that I wasn't constantly asked if I needed help. But my only really complaint with this nursery is a lot of the name tags for the plants and prices were either washed out or old. And it was very difficult to identify half the plants here, but I'm sure if I asked an employee, they'd probably be able to tell me, but without help It was very hard to navigate the place. But for the positives, the plant selection was amazing, and the prices were great. They even have a decent selection of native plants as a native plant lover I 'm sad they didn't have every native plant, but they had a lot more than what you're gonna find at a big box store, which is always great. Their native plant selection stock is pretty low compared to other plants. T so they either don't stock a lot or someone recently bought a lot. So if you're looking for native plants, it's a good store, but it seems like they don't stock as much as the other plants. Definitely, would shop here again and so should you.”

“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”

“Jay in the appliance department was super helpful. He followed up in person to make sure we knew when the delivery would arrive and then afterwards to confirm everything went well with the delivery. The delivery personnel were efficient and quickly got our new washer up and running.”
