“I wasn't able to locate a prescription for my daughter at any of the chain pharmacies around town, or even other cities close to Longwood. Called Seminole Pharmacy and they had the medication in stock and were able/willing to fill it for us. The pharmacist/ Tech who took my call made the whole transaction super smooth! They even called my previous pharmacy to obtain the original prescription! From the initial call to the prescription being ready > 20 minutes! Super fast and professional. I will be looking into transferring my current prescriptions to them and all of our family's future prescriptions!”

“UNBELIEVABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! As I ended a rough day at work, I stopped into this publix location to grab a few things. Once I get in line to check-out, the check out team, I believe their names were Amy and Jocelyn, were incredibly friendly. I've never had anyone unload my items from the shopping cart onto the belt to pay until now. Very fast and friendly service. Then headed to my vehicle to unload my groceries. I noticed a bald guy, beard with dark sunglasses. I continued to unload my bags into the car and what felt like out of nowhere the gentleman popped up and grabbed the shopping cart from underneath my last bag asking "Are you done with this sir" THANK YOU to this location to showing me that impeccable customer service still exists in 2024. Now, this is the only publix i will visit in my city.”

“Excellent Publix location. I walked past two sets of managers and both acknowledged me and said "Hello Sir" But the highlight was SUSANA in the Deli/Sub Station!!! We had her make her first Spicy Falafel sub and she was just a bright light with a radiant smile! Publix is lucky to have her! We bring our RV to camp at Wekiva and now will be stopping in each time to see if she's working! Thank you Susana for brightening our day!”

“I have been going to this pharmacy for many, many years. After finding Mike and being so tired of Walgreens and CVS being so undependable. Mike is good about keeping track of my scripts and filling them on the spot. So I don't have to walk around a store for a good hour plus. He makes sure that I make as little trips as possible and has even delivered to my home in an emergency!”

“It's a shame that this platform HCC has been rendered .. inactive or unused. My name is Ed Garcia a pharmacist in the state of florida. This was the site to goto as temp work. The girls in the office were constantly seeking for work on a daily basis. We would even get Weekend jobs!! There was night work, temp work, Long-term work ; there were also other assignments inside other private companies. “I've had bad experience getting an appointment with any CVS location in the past. This is the 1st time I've been to this location! I made an appointment for a flu shot for me & my daughter! I didn't know i can get pneumonia & flu shot at the same time!So Jeff Lorenz (the pharmacist) eventhough it was very busy here took care of me & my daughter!! Thank you Jeff!! You're amazing!!The lady at the prescription pick up desk is also great!! I forgot her name! Thank you guys!!!”

“I ordered photos at CVS across the street and after a whole day of waiting, and my estimated pickup time passed, I called to verify whether or not they had it. Guy said it would be done soon so 2 hours later I drove up there. They did not have it ready and the girl was not willing to print them! I drove straight over to Walgreens where I will start first next time. Juan helped me connect my phone and assured me that he would print the photos as soon as I sent them to the computer. That is exactly what he did, they are amazing here at this Walgreens!!!”

“I've never had an issue with this location. I've in altamonte springs / longwood for the last 11 years of my life and always rave about my little city, with pride. We almost always have wonderful customer service. People know who you are, here. But today's was a first for me. Merle or something simular to that, whom works in pharmacy is getting a complaint. How can you work in a position where people need care and compassion yet not have the ability to care with compassion? I understand store hours may change due to hoilidays. But I don't understand the point in being rude and rushing customers and thier family members out the door (whom are ill and in pain) for the sake of your early exit. If your doors are open to help, don't throw a fit about it. Especially to the customer. Highly unprofessional. You hurt my feelings.”

I recently moved to Longwood and have been looking for a pharmacy that not only could handle my many medications, but had good customer service.
