“I had such a great experience at A-1 Japanese Auto Care! Everyone was incredibly kind, honest, and efficient, and I was very pleased with their pricing and service.
I originally took my car to the dealership and was told I needed new brakes and would have to pay close to $1,450. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I came here. They actually took the time to check my car and found that the issue wasn’t that I needed new brakes at all. They fixed the actual problem for around $300 and had everything done quickly.
A huge thank you to Tri and Victor for all of their help! I really appreciated how honest and helpful they were throughout the whole process. “UPDATE: I did the dirty deed and traded in my car for the TX500h fSport and I am OBSESSED!! This car handles like a dream and has some serious drive smart tech. I get 27MPG and can tow 5,000lbs (easily the boat! So now we can take that WITH the camper ?). Frederico was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very conscientious to feel out my needs and wants and then pull a test drive vehicle that ticked as many of the boxes as possible. I bought the first car I test drove. The only box NOT ticked was the gray interior instead of black. But, my dogs have black fur so this is for the best hahaha. Frederico was very professional and kind, funny and relaxed. I did not feel pressured to buy but we kept doing the “let’s see what this looks like” game until I got set up with “Mo” in financing to finalize my paperwork. And Mo was wonderful to work with. He had TONS of knowledge about the vehicle and just solidified my conviction with the purchase. I was on the fence about a Jeep Grand Cherokee but know Lexus has HUGE reliability in the brand recognition, so there was no comparison. I was treated so wonderfully and felt very valued and extremely at ease throughout the entire process.
While I have yet to actually purchase a vehicle, Hasan has been so extremely helpful to me over my last 3 visits in the last 2 years. I drive for work and have many considerations, including hauling my work equipment. Hasan spoke with me about fears of going all electric versus hybrid versus gas powered and was very candid about all warranties and likelihood of any mechanical issues for their brand. He was happy to allow me to test drive any and everything I have wanted to test drive. But I am super impressed by his knowledge of each model and its features, packages, specs, pricing etc. He is like a walking encyclopedia of Lexus knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend working with him for your purchase. I am building out what I am wanting now to put a deposit on anything that may be available.”

“Outstanding work and customer service! My car was rear-ended in a parking lot. The team at Wellington Auto immediately gave me an estimate and I was able to get the ball rolling that same day. They coordinated all of the work needed with the insurance company of the person who hit my car. They were honest and upfront, and the repairs were done when promised. When I picked up my car, not only were the repairs OUTSTANDING (the car looks brand new), but they washed/vacuumed my car. Now a days it so hard to find a good & honest mechanic, and everyone has bad experiences with some more than others. It's not very often I would recommend an auto shop, but Brandon and his staff has me wanting to return for other maintenance or repairs real soon.
So, if you want a friendly, reasonably priced, no nonsense place to bring your car, try them out.”

“I brought my GMC in because there was a strange vibration. After test driving the truck and looking at everything they determined the transmission was over heating. Fabian suggested we do a transmission service first to see if that cleared it up. My 2015 GMC Yukon XL runs much better. He could have tried to sell me a transmission but he did the right thing and saved me money and gave me more time before needing such a big expense. Looking out for your customer is the best way to do business.”
