“I love this Truist branch! My 18 year old son and I came in to deposit a decent amount of checks and tips from his job. Jennifer came right over while we were in the lobby and starting helping us. She set him up with a savings account and really took her time explaining certain things to him regarding banking. She was thoughtful, patient and considerate. The teller assisting us with counting his cash tips was amazing as well (unfortunately forgot her name). But they really were terrific and patient with us. Kerri was incredible from start to finish. She was informative, patient, and super helpful. She walked me through everything — opening the account, setting up online banking, and explaining all the perks that come with the account. I left feeling confident and taken care of.
She also let me know about the credit card they offer with 0% interest for 18 months, which I’m definitely considering. I also learned about their HELOC options — something I might explore in the future.
The Wellington location is really convenient. It’s a beautiful, boutique-style branch with excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional.
