“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service & Great First Experience
I came to the bank to open a checking account so I could set up direct deposit and make my day-to-day banking easier. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience.
Kerri was incredible from start to finish. She was informative, patient, and super helpful. She walked me through everything — opening the account, setting up online banking, and explaining all the perks that come with the account. I left feeling confident and taken care of.
She also let me know about the credit card they offer with 0% interest for 18 months, which I’m definitely considering. I also learned about their HELOC options — something I might explore in the future.
The Wellington location is really convenient. It’s a beautiful, boutique-style branch with excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional.
I’m happy I chose this bank for my daily banking. It feels like the right place to manage my money.”

“The manager David Machado was very helpful. Unfortunately, some of the customers were upset at the wait in line but it was not the banks fault. There was only one teller and one customer came in with several transactions that took quite a long time. Don’t hold this against the employees.”

I wish I could remember her name, but I want to give a big thank you to the young Puerto Rican girl who helped me. She was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable.
