I came to the bank to open a checking account so I could set up direct deposit and make my day-to-day banking easier. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience.
Kerri was incredible from start to finish. She was informative, patient, and super helpful. She walked me through everything — opening the account, setting up online banking, and explaining all the perks that come with the account. I left feeling confident and taken care of.
She also let me know about the credit card they offer with 0% interest for 18 months, which I’m definitely considering. I also learned about their HELOC options — something I might explore in the future.
The Wellington location is really convenient. It’s a beautiful, boutique-style branch with excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional.

“The manager David Machado was very helpful. Unfortunately, some of the customers were upset at the wait in line but it was not the banks fault. There was only one teller and one customer came in with several transactions that took quite a long time. Don’t hold this against the employees.”

“I had an issue trying to deposit an international check through the bank's mobile app, and I went into the branch for help. I wish I could remember her name, but I want to give a big thank you to the young Puerto Rican girl who helped me. She was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process clearly and resolved the issue quickly. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a frustrating situation much easier. She truly went above and beyond — thank you again for your help!”

She could have given me my withdrawal and left it at that, but she didn't. I made an appointment to speak to Haisha who also went above and beyond.
