“I opened an account online through the app and being 47 years old I’ve always known enough about computers to get by. Well apparently I had 4 accounts open and couldn’t send or receive Zelle. Went to this location today and was greeted with the door held open by Eric. I told him my situation that I needed help with and he asked me if I minded waiting it’s probably gonna be a little while and I said no problem. So I sit for about 5 minutes or so and he had a teller that wasn’t busy cover the door so he could help me. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he helped fix my situation and answer my questions. He’s a rock star😂 sorry for the long review, normally not like this. To sum it up, go here for new banking.”
