But even then, it holds together.
There’s a reliability here. A sense that, despite everything, the system works. You hand something over, and it goes where it needs to go. That’s no small thing.
In a world that often feels chaotic and indifferent, the Post Office remains: steady, patient, and quietly essential.”

“Smallest USPS office I've ever been to. Can barely find it inside of the town hall building however the one and only employee had the best attitude and there was not another soul in there either time I went in. Now that's the kind of customer service I like!”

“I want to thank the Wellington Annex Post Office as we had an order that was out for delivery which we found out was ordered on a stolen credit card. The package was out for delivery when we were notified of the fraud, and upon speaking to the USPS branch, they said to call back in an hour as they were going to try to contact with postal person. An hour later, I was told they found the package in the truck and that it was already scanned to be returned. Exceptional customer service, from the main number that logged the case, to the local branch the case was sent to. Thank you USPS, and to Tili, exceptional job. You went above and beyond and its truly appreciated.”
