“I've had a great experience at Bell Westchase so far. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and in a fantastic central Tampa location that's convenient to just about everything. My apartment has a modern, stylish design while still feeling warm and comfortable—it's quickly become home.

As a dog owner, I've especially appreciated how pet friendly the community is. The shaded dog park is a great amenity, and both the staff and residents have been incredibly welcoming to my pup. It's clear that pets are truly part of the community here.

A big reason for my positive experience has been the team. Tina made the leasing and move-in process seamless from start to finish. She is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making new residents feel welcome. It's the little personal touches that made all the difference.

I'd also like to recognize Maintenance Manager Marcos for his prompt, friendly service. He responded quickly to a maintenance request, explained everything clearly, and had the issue resolved right away.

“I have lived in this condominium complex for 13 months and have decided to renew my lease for 15 more months as i am in love with this beautiful luxury apartment, the pool area and outdoor areas make you feel that you are on a vacation everytime, the gym, the coffee and fire pit is aswesome.
Mrs. Lindsay winsome is a lovely lady she is very helpful and pacience with you, she helped us with all the paperwork and got us one of the most beautiful apartment with lovely views. Even though i was at work while needing information from me she had the total pacience to wait everytime i has a chance to speak to me. Please do not hesitate and come live to the most beautiful luxurious apartment you will find in Land o Lakes! Live like you are vacationing 7days a week! Anna has been so amazing, and so helpful throughout the time I've lived here. I upgraded from a 1 bedroom, to a 2 bedroom apartment over my time here, and Anna helped me find my perfect view and space, and has always been so helpful if I've needed anything. The complex is so close to everything needed in Tampa Bay. The community is just perfect! Everyone is so kind and friendly. The maintenance staff are awesome as well, and will fix any issues that may arise with a quickness! If you're considering moving here, you'll be so happy if you do. “I had a wonderful experience living at Village Terra Bella. From the day I moved in until the day I moved out, the staff was always professional, welcoming, and helpful. Alison did an outstanding job managing the community and was always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance.

The property is well maintained, maintenance requests were completed quickly, and communication was always clear and efficient. I also really appreciated the parking—there were always available spaces, which is something that's hard to find in many apartment communities.

The only reason I left was because my family moved to Utah. Otherwise, I would still be living there today. I truly appreciate everything the team did during my time at Village Terra Bella and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.”

“The moment i moved in it was the most welcoming experience I have had with an apartment complex and I have been there for over a year now, recently moved into a bigger unit with my friend and havent had any issues or complaints.. the maintenance men are super sweet and friendly, Marco and Sean have been amazing with making sure we are good after moving in & then moving out of my first unit was soo easy & smooth!! love it here!!!”

“Management does not make themselves available to the residents. They do not follow the speed limit - are seen speeding around the park in his golf cart and not even stopping for STOP signs. I almost hit him when I had the right of way, and he ran the stop sign!! They lock the doors when we are still in the clubhouse at scheduled activities so we can't get back in if we step outside. They need to keep it open AND unlocked until the activities are done!!
People come in and steal from the HOA supplies and Management won't address the issue. They won't replace the ice machine that I know was at least 20 years old. The Clubhouse is for the residents but the manager says it's HIS building. If it is, why won't he get a new ice machine?
It used to be a nice park, but it has gone downhill in the past 10 years. The rent goes up $35-$50 EVERY year. So does the ad valorem tax.”

“Have been living at the Avion at Carrollwood since September 2024 and it's been very smooth. Very quiet as well thankfully, which was unexpected since we are on Dale Mabry! Love having so many things 5-10 minutes away. Has your typical pests but are taken care of efficiently with the maintenance on property. The only major complaint I have is that it smells so bad of neighbors smoking weed and cigarettes outside, that we can almost never have our windows open. I can’t even go to my car without smelling it as soon as I walk outside. The summer heat is making the smell worse and it comes through the cabinets/pipes of our bathroom. Other than that, staff is very friendly every time we interact. Parking is a breeze. Glad to not live in a place where spots have to be fought for (unless you come home late).”

“I have lived here for a year and I can honestly say I have very much enjoyed living here. My favorite part is definitely the roof top pool and the study rooms. It’s the perfect place to have your friends over relax and get some studying in. I love my roomates and we all renewed for next year. The package room can be a bit annoying at times but I know other places have issues with this as well. The front office also informed me that they will be switching the system this summer so for that I’m exited. Akemi and gabby have been so helpful with any questions and or concerns I have had during my stay here and are so sweet.”

The neighborhood has amazing amenities, great gym and office space. They have trash services most days a week and pick up your trash directly at your door. Jeisi, who is a doll; initially began all my paperwork and kept me in the loop with all and any kind of update till the day I moved in, and if for any reason she was unavailable Zeke was right there with information that I needed. “I lived exactly 2 years in this place, negative only Mrs. Iris from the office, this lady is intractable with the residents who live there, negative opinion of this lady, I thought about it before going to see her for some reason on few occasions. Please, what a bad-faced lady, the first image of this beautiful place fades with her....
On the other hand, grateful for the maintenance staff corresponding to Realtor Dayana M, this girl is incredibly concerned about her apartments and its residents, for the immediate maintenance of them.
