“I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! I’ve worked with Linda in particular since the very start and she has always been helpful, kind and attentive. She has made my move-in experience easy and seamless. The maintenance crew on site is also amazing and try to resolve any issues you may as soon as they can. The apartments are clean, renovated with in unit washer/dryer which is a plus. After living in many complex’s throughout different states I can truly say this has been my favorite one so far. I have nothing negative to say about the complex or management team. Thank you linda & maria for everything you guys do!”

“We have been living here for nearly 4y and everything is good. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and the swimming pool. The management office and maintenance staff is wonderful. Georgie has always been so helpful and responsive. Javier has always been fast and supportive with any maintenance request and questions that we may have. We greatly appreciate his help and friendliness. The community is safe and very peaceful for our family with a little baby.”

The maintenance team has been responsive and usually completes my work orders within the same day.My only problem is the residents who won't clean up after themselves. They don't want to be a part of the solution and blame the staff for the mess they made. Kevin and Marcos have done an amazing job cleaning the breezeways.”

The neighborhood has amazing amenities, great gym and office space. They have trash services most days a week and pick up your trash directly at your door. Aileen (from the front office) is great and super friendly!”

“I have been here for around 4 months and have had a great experience! Just recently our washer went out, and the process to get it fixed went great. The person I talked to on the phone was cheerful and efficient, and they got it fixed in a couple of days while we were gone! This place definitely doesn't deserve as low a rating as it has. Osmany also came to fix the bathroom fan and door lock and we was super quick. I really appreciate him; he’s very kind, helpful, a hard-worker, and very fast!”

“This is one of the best places to rent. I had a lot of problems with another apartment complex and later decided to apply at The Henley. Sabrina, the manager helped me in ways that was beyond what most people would do. She was patient, kind and helpful in every way in order to get me settled into my new place. Edward, the leasing agent along with the entire team are very kind and helpful in any way they can! They tackle your concerns and get the job done. The maintenance team is one of the best I have ever seen in my life of renting. They are on every problem right away to have everything fixed in a timely manner. This place is clean and being fixed up very nicely. Any issues you may have, they are caring and concerned. They call you back and they get things done! I love the lay out of my place and what they are doing to the entire complex! It’s family friendly and my family and I love it here so far. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO RENT! “What can I say but awesomeness. I wrote a review on their actual website, but I felt I needed more people to know. Living here has been amazing for my family. I have no issues with a pool being cleaned weekly, the grounds maintained and the garbage area clean and rodent free, and that all greatness is even before you walk in your home. The apartment size is spacious and comfortable. Mostly I enjoy the peace and tranquillity on my patio. The outdoor space is truly a rare amenity, it is like having your own backyard. The staff is friendly and professional always. I haven't had many issues and if I had any concerns they were all addressed rapidly and effectively. I must say I am impressed with the management and the staff, as they are great. I am happy to call this place home. Emily is friendly and efficient and extremely knowledgeable about the company and she and her staff goes over and above to achieve outstanding solutions to make sure the tenant is happy. More properties should follow her lead, without tenants it just empty buildings. Thank you Emily and staff you all are fabulous.”
