“I've had a great experience at Bell Westchase so far. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and in a fantastic central Tampa location that's convenient to just about everything. My apartment has a modern, stylish design while still feeling warm and comfortable—it's quickly become home.

As a dog owner, I've especially appreciated how pet friendly the community is. The shaded dog park is a great amenity, and both the staff and residents have been incredibly welcoming to my pup. It's clear that pets are truly part of the community here.

A big reason for my positive experience has been the team. Tina made the leasing and move-in process seamless from start to finish. She is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making new residents feel welcome. It's the little personal touches that made all the difference.

I'd also like to recognize Maintenance Manager Marcos for his prompt, friendly service. He responded quickly to a maintenance request, explained everything clearly, and had the issue resolved right away.

“We moved into the Olympus Harbour Island almost seven years ago, true old-timers. As a couple who’s lived all over the world, and as a journalist and travel writer who’s written many four-star reviews, I’m pleased to award five stars to the Olympus. It’s also happens to be our home.
It is a handsome and stylish building, well-run, meticulously maintained, and if you’re lucky, you may land an apartment with one of the most dazzling views in Tampa. Even if you don’t, it has resort-level amenities including a movie theater, huge gym, and a lounge which doubles as the best coffee house and pool parlor on the Island. Honest, the coffee is free and unlimited. Outside, a sunny pool area with barbecue grills and tables where families gather.
But you can read all about that on their website. What means the most to us is that besides living in a chic, graceful environment, we’ve felt utterly at home, almost pampered, by a friendly, unfailingly helpful staff. It’s a building filled with young professionals (and their many dogs), but also a great reason for an older couple like us to rent, not own. Everything gets fixed in a flash, no charge. Over the years, we’ve built a special bond with Olympus staff, including especially Antonio and Jorge, our new, sharp manager, Josue, and our savvy, cheerful boss lady downstairs, Danielle.
Like Dorothy said, there’s no place like home. If the Olympus happens to look and feel like a fancy small-ship cruise, well, we’re not in Kansas. We’re in surprisingly sophisticated Tampa.”

From the first inquiry I had about this property, she made sure to contact me, even after hours, which was easier for me as I had the time now that i wasnt at work. She made sure to answer all my questions, and from the first time I toured, she made sure I felt right at home from the start. I was sold from the first visit!

“We weren’t able to visit Tampa and look at apartments prior to moving, so I understand how important reviews are. Here is my honest review of The Morrison.

Pros:
- Can’t beat the location (10 min walk to bayshore and Hyde park village)
- Our apartment faces beautiful sunsets every night
- Sauna is a nice amenity
- Pool with a lot of lounge chairs and cabanas
- Community event where we met lots of friends
- Valet trash service
- Under 50 units
- Nice, friendly and mature tenants
- Maintenance and on call team are extremely helpful and come right away if there is an issue.
- emergency hotline to call if needed.
- Kristie is very responsive and helpful.
- Pool area is clean with two grills.
- huge floor to ceiling windows in living room making the apartment filled with light
-Kristie always looking to improve the complex. We now have free pilates on the weekends

Cons:
- walls are thin. Neighbor wakes us up every night with his snoring.
- if you face Green Lemon, the loud music will keep you up every single night Monday-Sunday. Awful bass noise.
- Units have a roach issue in the summer (they come and go with careful mediation and constant spraying. Common for Florida)
- The apartment hallways are outside
- LOUD fire alarms go off once a month from the businesses below. They go on and on for a half hour before the fire department arrives. It is unnecessarily loud I feel awful for the pets. Goes off at all hours (currently going off at midnight despite all businesses being closed)
- Red centipedes in outside hallways and indoor clubhouse/gym (thankfully they are harmless and go away in winter)
- Neighbors had all their appliances break
- Builder grade materials (ex: kitchen cabinets aren’t real wood. Doors are paper thin). Expensive for the quality
- Living near the gym causes a lot of noise. We’re woken up from deadlifts (weights slamming floor) and people running on treadmill

Overall, I would definitely recommend living here to someone else, but would not consider it a “luxury” apartment. You can’t beat the location!”

“The Foundry has been such a great place to call home. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really cares about the residents. Everything is always clean and well-kept, and the community feels safe and respectful. Big thanks to Travis and Sydney for always going above and beyond and for the maintence team that holds it down quickly and timely.”

“Wonderful place to live! The location is amazing... walking distance to the supermarket, 24-hour CVS, Panera, and a couple of very nice restaurants along South Howard Ave. Hyde Park Village is also very close by, if you want more variety in terms of shops and restaurants.The swimming pool area and grounds are beautiful, though for the amount of money that you pay for an apartment here, I do wish it was heated, so you can swim in the cooler months. Haven't had any issues safety-wise, and it's nice to have a reserved spot in a parking garage. Maintenance is usually on top of things once you submit a work order through the apartment community's website. Would have stayed another year, but needed to upgrade to a two bedroom, and prices in the South Tampa area have gotten crazy over the past year. Best of luck apartment hunting!”

“I have lived at Amelia Westshore for the last two years and I am so sad to be leaving. I’ve lived at or visited almost every nice apartment complex in the Westshore area and Amelia truly is the best. Marcos and the entire front office are top notch and just great overall people and maintenance is very quick in responding to any problems. The pool is always a fun environment and they just redid the gym so you don’t need to go get a membership anywhere else. Honestly can’t think of any big negatives as this has probably been my favorite apartment complex I’ve lived at and am again very sad to be leaving. 5 stars!”

“Management does not make themselves available to the residents. They do not follow the speed limit - are seen speeding around the park in his golf cart and not even stopping for STOP signs. I almost hit him when I had the right of way, and he ran the stop sign!! They lock the doors when we are still in the clubhouse at scheduled activities so we can't get back in if we step outside. They need to keep it open AND unlocked until the activities are done!!
People come in and steal from the HOA supplies and Management won't address the issue. They won't replace the ice machine that I know was at least 20 years old. The Clubhouse is for the residents but the manager says it's HIS building. If it is, why won't he get a new ice machine?
It used to be a nice park, but it has gone downhill in the past 10 years. The rent goes up $35-$50 EVERY year. So does the ad valorem tax.”

“Been here for two years and honestly have had a great experience. Anytime I need something fixed in my apartment, maintenance is always quick and on top of it. The staff is constantly around the complex picking up trash and keeping everything looking clean, and the landscaping is always well maintained. The location is also super convenient and close to everything I need. I’ve enjoyed living here so much that instead of leaving, I’m actually moving into a bigger unit within the complex. Definitely recommend!”
