“I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! I’ve worked with Linda in particular since the very start and she has always been helpful, kind and attentive. She has made my move-in experience easy and seamless. The maintenance crew on site is also amazing and try to resolve any issues you may as soon as they can. The apartments are clean, renovated with in unit washer/dryer which is a plus. After living in many complex’s throughout different states I can truly say this has been my favorite one so far. I have nothing negative to say about the complex or management team. Thank you linda & maria for everything you guys do!”

“My girlfriend and I have been living here for the last month now and the experience has been exceptional. From the move in process to any work orders we needed fulfilled, they keep the place extremely clean and up-kept. Nelson and Ray have been to our place to do maintenance a couple times already and they have been extremely helpful and overall great people. Definitely recommend this place!”

“We have been living here for nearly 4y and everything is good. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and the swimming pool. The management office and maintenance staff is wonderful. Georgie has always been so helpful and responsive. Javier has always been fast and supportive with any maintenance request and questions that we may have. We greatly appreciate his help and friendliness. The community is safe and very peaceful for our family with a little baby.”

“I moved into The Oaks a year ago without touring and was a bit nervous about moving from another state before seeing where I was going to live. I was so pleasantly surprised, with the apartment itself but also with the community!! From the management office (Jonna), the maintenance staff, neighbors, and surrounding area. All my maintenance requests have been addressed and resolved the same day and management handles all matters so efficiently. They make the oaks such a lovely place to call home. Renewed my lease without hesitation :)”

“We recently moved to the Olympus Harbour Island property and are absolutely loving it . The building, and lobby are beautifully decorated giving it an upscale and modern vibe. The amenities in the building are great from the lounge area, pool , hot tub , outdoor grilling station, fire pit and gym just to name a few things that lend themselves to resort style living vibe.The building staff from the ladies in the leasing office to the maintenance and concierge are friendly and helpful.The building is also very dog friendly which was a plus for us. There are various social events in the building that make it easy to meet your fellowneighbors .Lastly it is great living in such a safe and walkable area. We are very happy that we chose to make this our new home and would highly recommend it.”

“Aurora is a wonderful place to live. 10/10My wife and I searched around downtown a lot before we landed here, and we couldn’t have been happier. From the moment we walked in and toured with Debbie, we felt at home. Everyone at the front office (Neil, Brian, Gregory) are fantastic and warm and welcoming every day, especially when I go get my free cup of coffee each morning.The building is quiet and peaceful. My main concern moving back into an apartment from a house was noise, and it was minimal. I was very pleased overall in that regard. Never had issues with loud thumping music or stomping around upstairs. Everyone is respectful of each other and the quiet hours.The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the pool and hot tub are great, and the fitness center is well above average for an apartment complex. It’s never too busy and has plenty of space and options for everyone.The maintenance crew is excellent as well. You’ll see a lot of familiar faces every day as they’re always out and about tidying things up. Shoutout to Ricky for fixing my garbage disposal an hour after I submitted the request. I also appreciate William and George on the crew.If we ever find ourselves back in Tampa, I’d move back here in a heartbeat. Even over those new Water Street apartments. Aurora is family.”

“I’ve been living at the Morrison for a few months and love it! I’ve lived in a few different places in Tampa, and this is by far the best. The location is amazing and I love being able to just walk downstairs to get a quick bite or a drink or to even do my grocery shopping around the corner.The property manager, Alyssa, has also been amazing. Always very quick to respond to and see to resident needs in a timely fashion and with a friendly positive attitude. My dog also loves and appreciates when she pops out of the office to give him treats and chat as we go by on our evening walks.”

“I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with my decision to move to Amira at Westly after a harrowing experience at my previous apartment, Tampa Woods. The stark contrast in customer service and overall living experience has been literally night and day.From the moment I stepped into Amira at Westly, it was clear that my concerns and preferences were a top priority for the staff. The staff at my former residence were rude and treated my very real concerns like a nuisance and didn't respond to any of my emails until we got the city/legal involved and STILL dragged their feet. It goes without saying that the warmth and attentiveness of the staff at Amira have been a welcome change.Cody, in particular, has been an absolute gem since day one. His knowledge of the property is amazing, and he navigated every one of my 1 million and 1 questions with patience and a genuine desire to assist. What truly sets him apart is his commitment to ensuring we had the information we needed promptly. Even when we asked unusual questions, Cody took the initiative to find the answers, showcasing a level of dedication that is increasingly rare.I did want to mention that the only real detractors for the apartment are the lack of storage and the noise, but I think the later has to do with our unit being parallel to the stairs. The storage options are limited to a pantry and a type of coat closet (not including bedroom closets), so you'll have to get creative about linen storage and hiding away seasonal décor. I do consider these minor inconveniences considering the peace we have living in a clean, safe environment. But just in the interest of being transparent, I thought I should add that.All and all, Amira at Westly has gone above and beyond my expectations, and after a month of living here, I can confidently say that I am not just content but genuinely happy with my decision. The maintenance team is prompt and polite, the leasing office respond quickly and have come to my unit to address concerns in person which I SO appreciated. I've never had that happen before!To anyone seeking a welcoming community and a leasing office that values its residents, Amira is definitely the right choice. Cody and the entire team have set a standard that other apartments should aspire to, and I couldn't be more grateful for the positive change they've brought to my living experience.”

“When choosing an apartment in or near Downtown Tampa... Havana Square in my opinion has the Best Location, Best Management Team, and an Excellent Value !!! The Property Managers seem to really CARE about the residents and they keep the property extra clean! Highly recommended!”

“We just moved in this past Thanksgiving weekend, 2023. We came from Camden Visconti which was not a good experience. I left a review about it. I have to say that I LOVE our new apt at Luxe so far. We have so much more room than we did before. We got a 3 BR apt for not much more than we have paid for 2 BR apts. previously. The major thing I love about this place is that it seems to be very, very quiet compared to other communities that I have lived in. If it wasn't for the fact their is a hotel being built next door, it would be almost like living in a rural area. There has been a lot of rumbling and beeping noises from the big earth movers. I grew up in the country so I was accustomed to "dead silence" most of my life. Luxe is a close to that as any place I have every rented in the last decade. I really love it especially before dawn in the early morning hours! Very peaceful!One thing that stand out to me already is the maintenance team is the best I have ever encountered! All the guys that I have dealt with are very friendly and most requests are done the same day! Office staff are also friendly and helpful. Zero complaints!This community is very clean and well kept. The trash dumpster is at the back of the property and very well kept. Breezeways are almost spotless! Very, very clean! I appreciate having package lockers in the mail room which reduces risk of packages being stolen as is a problem in other communities.I also love the fact that our new apartment is NOT all white walls! It has color! I love the open kitchen as I cook every single day. I love the stone backsplash in our kitchen. I love black appliances over stainless steel! I hate stainless steel as they are always dirty no matter how much you try to keep them clean.I love having a laundry room and not a laundry closet. For the first time since 2019, we actually have room for everything. I unpacked things that have been packed for years.Parking was a problem at our last apartment and we actually had to pay $5.00 per car for parking. It is not a problem here and parking is included.I love having a garden tub. The bathroom is the perfect size! Each room as good natural light which I also like.If I could come up with any complaints, I only have a couple.The refrigerator is much smaller than we are accustomed to having. Honestly it isn't made for a family of 3 that eats at home 99% of the time. I wish it was bigger.The only other thing that I think is kind of weird is the pull-out trash cans under the kitchen island. We quickly discovered that it was kind of a pain to actually use them for trash. Open the cabinet, pull out the bins, put trash in, push bins back in, close the cabinet. Multiple steps to throwing trash away. I asked about having it taken out, but we found a use for it. We are using it for grocery sacks and to store new trash bags. Honestly it takes up valuable cabinet space. I guess some corporate exec came up with an idea one day that looked good on paper. It's just not useful in my opinion. We have our own trash can that has a foot lever which is way more practical if both hands are full of trash or kitchen scraps.The internet doesn't seem to be as fast as the last place I lived. I get a "fair" connection on my office tv. But, the tech package is a little cheaper here than my previous place.If you are apartment shopping, you won't regret at least looking here at Luxe 1820!”

“Have got to say Camden Visconti is the best apartment complex by far! During my walk though with Sam I was sold before i got done looking at the apartment. Beautiful complex, Area and apartments. awesome staff! Sam is a rockstar and very Professional. I absolutely love my new home 3bed 2 bath, 2 car garage, I look forward to calling this home for a while.”

“Berkshires at Citrus Park is a great community in which I feel valued as a resident. The staff is so friendly and truly cares about the residents. The price point is also great compared to other communities. My partner and I will absolutely be renewing our lease! :)”

“I moved across the country and chose Citrus Run apartments because: 1) they are a part of Venterra, which has always been fair and provided me with a safe, and pleasant residency. 2) Their staff has always made a connection that feels more than “this is who I pay my bill to.”They have resident events and appreciation days, they keep the property clean, they are welcoming and don’t mind to have a conversation. At Citrus Run, they have shown genuine personalities, taken measures to improve and update the complex for us residents, and keep us updated on upcoming maintenance. No unexpected surprises with property upkeep.Also, there’s a pool, new grill, and a nature walk!”

“Milana Reserve has been a very nice place to live thus far. We have been here for about one year. The maintenance team is amazing, they have helped us with multiple problems both big and small and usually come within the same day we put in the request. Sean in the front office is also wonderful and was extremely helpful upon moving in and also has been throughout our time here. Other reviews mentioning certain things about upkeep of property and the smell of marijuana aren't completely wrong, but I think the pros far outweigh the cons when it comes to everything else that's nice about this place- especially the price for rent, it's the most affordable I have seen in Tampa. :)”

“Great appliances, good gym equipment, great Baristas (Meridth and Christelle), good amenities. Tracy is amazing and organized and coached me through the entire move in process. I have not been in an apartment in over 20 years and they were so helpful. I am in a cool studio space, with a nice patio view. Maybe closer to a 5. Location is perfect. No complaints and happy with everything so far.”

“5 Oaks has been a great experience for me. Veronica and Jordan are always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance team has been responsive and usually completes my work orders within the same day.My only problem is the residents who won't clean up after themselves. They don't want to be a part of the solution and blame the staff for the mess they made. Kevin and Marcos have done an amazing job cleaning the breezeways.”

The neighborhood has amazing amenities, great gym and office space. They have trash services most days a week and pick up your trash directly at your door. Aileen (from the front office) is great and super friendly!”

“This place is one of the best, not only for its location, but because is a place of enjoyment to live as a senior like me. The management, the cafeteria services, the maintenance crew, security, cleaning services, Administration all are excellent to say the least. I moved out after 10 years only because I had to go overseas to take care of a family member. I will move back as soon as management find my turn to hit the waiting list, I hope soon enough. This place is to be missed. It’s absolutely amazing.”
