“I have lived in this condominium complex for 13 months and have decided to renew my lease for 15 more months as i am in love with this beautiful luxury apartment, the pool area and outdoor areas make you feel that you are on a vacation everytime, the gym, the coffee and fire pit is aswesome.
Mrs. Lindsay winsome is a lovely lady she is very helpful and pacience with you, she helped us with all the paperwork and got us one of the most beautiful apartment with lovely views. Even though i was at work while needing information from me she had the total pacience to wait everytime i has a chance to speak to me. Please do not hesitate and come live to the most beautiful luxurious apartment you will find in Land o Lakes! Live like you are vacationing 7days a week! Always ask for Lindsay she will help you with anything you need!!! Thank you Lindsay for all your help! Looking forward to continuing my adventures living here!”

“I had a wonderful experience living at Village Terra Bella. From the day I moved in until the day I moved out, the staff was always professional, welcoming, and helpful. Alison did an outstanding job managing the community and was always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance.

The property is well maintained, maintenance requests were completed quickly, and communication was always clear and efficient. I also really appreciated the parking—there were always available spaces, which is something that's hard to find in many apartment communities.

The only reason I left was because my family moved to Utah. Otherwise, I would still be living there today. I truly appreciate everything the team did during my time at Village Terra Bella and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.”
